    I was 17 when jessie James got his show on the discovery channel. I'm 36 now and still want to learn to fabricate like you do. Super cool you share all you do! Amazing what everyone is accomplishing these days!

    Really awesome that you take the time to show the work and craftsmanship that goes in to your work. Fabrication is an art, and you’re pretty stand up to spread the knowledge. As a newer tig welder, your pro tips are absolutely priceless and I can’t say how much I appreciate it. Can’t wait to place my next order (universal front end for my TA) and continue to show my support for your business, and you’re channel. 👍🏻👍🏻

    Neat regulator set up. Like the on/off lever. I really like the high purity gas. It don't really weld much better long as you got fair gas to start with. Some times you get a bad bottle they don't vacume down good but that's rare.. The ultra pure probably be nice on the titanium tho. I still love running 50/50% mix argon helium an the aluminum. Glad you are liking your Everlast. Best bang for the buck. Like the arc start on the dynasty better but other than that the Everlast is compatible. You do some good looking work. Ordered a split 90 downpipe flange today off your site. Was going to build one myself but with the 15% off it's hard to beat and will save me some time. Really want to get a set of the billet collectors too. Going to run a set of kooks turbo headers for now due to time but plan to build a custom set latter on and will be picking up a set of the billets u sell. Thanks on the heads up about the matching ID on the vband recesses. Love the content on u tube keep it coming...

    Been watching your videos for long time I appreciate you sharing tech . I noticed last video with the 350ext you mentioned arc start and I noticed similar issue . try adding a little pre gas flow it worked for me on a everlast mig tig combo machine .

    Very nice work. I’m in the pwc field and I’ve been looking into a replacement core for the Kawasaki ultra 250/260 & 300/310 air to water intercoolers. On the skis the core is welded to a plate with slotted holes for the water flow and the piece is fitted and bolted into the case of the intercooler. It’s actually a huge intercooler in the industry of pwcs and is built very well except one problem. The cores eventually leak or they get to contaminated with salt, dirt and grime mixture and that mixture clogged and deteriorates the cooling fins. So you can clean the intercooler out from any oil that may have gotten into it but if it’s to bad Kawi doesn’t have a replacement for it neither. You have to purchase the whole entire thing and it’s kinda a waste bc the housing is totally fine. There is a couple companies that build AM coolers for Seadoo and Yamaha but don’t touch the Kawi. Idk why. Maybe bc the SD and yami coolers are bigger and better n the Kawi would be just a replacement so it’s not as cool? But I guess the hardest part would be welding onto the core itself without messing up fins or the cooling passages. My has certifications in mig welding and is getting more set up with his tig stuff so. I’ll have to have him check out this video and maybe one day there will be a replacement core for the kawis.

    I tried the white and 5356. Way easier than green and 4043 imo. But might be due to me never practicing aluminum before haha

    White carries higher amps much better. Last longer and keeps a tip better than all others on aluminum.

    Question is it possible to run air to water intercooler on street? For a street/ strip LS build

  • @rocksolidmotorsports7297

    Yes but you'd need a heat exchanger to keep the water temps in check. Basically a secondary radiator for the intercooler system

  • @rocksolidmotorsports7297

    @rocksolidmotorsports7297

    The air passes through the core in which the water is flowing through and cools it down before going into the engine. Typically a tank is inside the car somewhere with a pump circulating ice water through it
