Thanks Victor.
Great job, you need to cap the end of the frame where it was cut and any open tubes to stop them rusting from the inside out. Will also increase strength and look neater.
That's some impressive engineering you've done there

Thanks Rob. Really wasn't sure how well it would work until the end. 😉
The best of telly I've seen in ages, the effort you put into the build as well as the video is fantastic. Well done.

Thanks. Yeah, a lot of time went into this so far, and my longest ‘episode’ to date. But I hope it’s going to turn out well!
use the frame as a air tank will save a lot of space

Now that is a great idea. I’ll give that some serious consideration. Cheers
This will be epic 👍😀
Great vid! Good on ya!
Ingenious ❤
Wow this certainly has the potential to be one of the most exciting custom built lambretta’s in while. Definitely looking forward to see how this turns out 👍🏻😃

Excellent mate ❤
😳😳😳 in the opening scene with all the farting air I thought you was sat on the John 😳😁😂. Great project, intrigued to see how a reasonably sized petrol tank etc, etc will all fit in, but that's all the fun of the fair. Looking forward to the waltzers keeping spinning! 😁👍🛵

Yeah, lots of stuff to squeeze in, obviously needs a decent battery for the air ride too. I have a couple of ideas. 😉 cheers

Hi Scott, how cool, what about trying a single damper for the rear end to reduce the bounce
@CobwebGarage
Ай бұрын
Yeah, one or two dampers needed for sure. Cheers
Great work, but I think you also will have problems the manifold when you release the air.
Great video Scot try a online tube notching calculator,print off wrap around pipe and grind works a treat 👍
@CobwebGarage

Thanks for the tip!
Won’t a decent set of beefy dampers effectively become a stop for the ride height (when they max out) instead of (or as well as) making a bump stop? - motorcycle shocks with the spring removed?
What about the kickstart when the air is going up and down ?
🙏🙏👍👍🛵🛵Brilliant series this
Would the required air pressure reduce if the suspension doohickey was mounted more towards the rear of the scooter. (I'm not an engineer, just asking the question)

Hi. It might help. But those airbags are designed to run at 70 to 100 psi, and the one I have would normally hold up a 2 ton car etc (the Lambretta loop weighs relatively nothing without me sat on it. So I think I either need a smaller airbag, or limit the amount the loop can go up. Cheers!
Not gonna have much of a petrol tank
