Looks really good. how is the taste? 45 psi is around 3.1 bars. Is that safe when using a Moka pot? Did you grind for espresso?

Thank You! We tested with much higher pressure already and it is definitely safe. Usually Espresso in industrial machines is made with 8 bar so the taste with this system is good.😀👍
