I'm really glad that most people sleep on this which resulted on an easy cop for me. What they don't get is this pair is perfect for customization. It can be a BRED, BRED toe or even a Chicago colorway. But this is just me. Cheers.

These are still sitting at boutique shops in SF and SNKRS. The leather at the toe box is amazing. You know it’s a new day in sneakers when OG (and mid) 1’s are sitting. Maybe the resell market is finally on the decline.

I think people are sleeping on these because how they look in pictures off feet. But in feet these look amazing. I was thinking what everyone was saying that they looked unfinished or missing something. But what they're missing is an outfit. Once on feet the are 🔥

I want these but I’m going to paint the Nike swoosh black! I think this is what the shoe is missing for me

These are a sneaker customizers dream shoe. They can be converted to BREDs or BREED Toes with the least amount of issues. The fact that you don't have to modify the tongue tag and wings logos, no color matching is needed and the only paint color you need is black is a huge time saver. Then all it takes is painting the tongue and a few panels. I bought 3 pairs! 2 in my size and a toddler size (to use as a putter cover). If anyone is interested in customizing them, then here's a tip: paint the tongue with Angelus flat black and Angelus 2-Thin in a 1:1 ratio. It will keep the tongue from getting stiff.

This is Another One of these shoes I really liked when I Saw the first pictures. But if I don't care about a shoe within Three days im not buying them. The stealth CW might be better

This pair will be perfect once you beat and age them down the road just like the neutral grey.

wait till the og unreleased blue released people would be seeking these colorway too like crazy.

I wish they had a black bottom and black around the toes.

I coffee dipped mine and it turned out to be great... Yes the resell may be under retail but your chances to get fugazi pair is 50:50.

One should remember leather quality is inconsistent with jordan 1s. Some people had Dark Marinas with better leather quality than the Brotherhood 1s. However my Brotherhood 1s are super buttery and my Dark Marinas are pretty much cardboard McDonalds leather. My Heratage 1s look like Bred 1 leather but they feel must lesser quality.

I agree. The brotherhood leather is amazing, the Marina blue was also amazing but the heritage was not good at all. The red leather was nice and soft but the white….no. More like plastic and the fit was tighter than usual and not so comfortable compared to the other two.

Yes they are here in the U.K. because too many people listen to reviews and get swayed by popular opinions. Yet the dunks with awful leather because of the hype at the moment everyone jumps on them! Go figure 🤷🏾

Aging the sole, painting the swoosh black and the thread stitches white just results in a completely different pair. Just find this Japanese guy who has done all the possible customizations.

Anyone else get early access on these today?

Live in Canada and just got mine from Nike yesterday, they were already laced with mixed laces, and clearly worn with toe box creases. Was not impressed. I wear mine and have no problem with my creases… but if I’m paying $260 after tax, I want NEW shoes increase myself, not worn shoes at full price. It’s sold out now, so I can’t replace. Trying to figure out what to do.

I would just return them. Wait till the US release then check prices on stock x canada. You can legit check yourself with black light etc. i personally wouldn’t want a clearly used pair at full retail. I got mine from cdn nike and really like them. Good luck.

Foot Locker still has it in my size, but I don’t like the cheapness of the leather. It looks awful compared to the Celtics, Elephant, and Gorge Greens.

I was thinking of getting a pair but after watching your review about the materials I think I’ll just pass. Thank you for the detailed review. Great job as always🙌🤝💯

Sometimes, there's a reason a coloway was never release. it's a ugly color block.

Released couple of weeks ago in SG, copped my pair at retail, sadly it's still sitting in stores. Quite a decent pair imo, very underrated.
