As a trumpet player I'm always looking for new exercises to extend my daily routine. Besides to all the practicing, finally it's all about making music. So, I prefer to take some of the greatest pieces ever to improve my playing and work on my basics.
A really good example for that is the world-famous "Air" by J.S. Bach. As the name says, this tune works so good as a study to work on your "Air"-flow and your flexibility! And if you want on your circular breathing!
And furthermore it's such a great piece of music! Try it out and have fun!

Just perfect: no effort, pure sound and steady feel of the control of your air. Joyful performance :)
Seamless circular breathing and beautiful tone. A real treat to the senses although brass players feel like they are suffocating. Excellent.

I'm otherwise quite critical and that's why I first thought, oh dear, another digital accompaniment. But then such a musical game with a beautiful trumpet sound and breathing technique that was completely convincing. This deserves to be accompanied by a real organ in church. Thank you very much!

The volume control is absolutely insane. I couldn’t even imagine the possibility of such elegant classical music being played on the trumpet while retaining such calmness until now. Really tempting me to pick up my trumpet again.
Hätte nicht gedacht, dass das Stück auf der Trompete so schön klingt. Ich stelle mir irgendwie gerade einen traurigen Mexikaner in der Wüste vor. 😉👌😁

@@olivierratle5148 There are circular breathings going on. And they are visually noticeable. I think the first one is after 30 seconds, check a few seconds after this 0:27. They are not audially noticeable though, because they are so expertly performed.

I played it as a solo a few years ago when I was a junior in high school. One of my favorite songs and the most difficult to play when you're nervous because of how smooth you have to play. But it was one of my favorites along with Londonderry air

Its a Yamaha 8335G cornet with a 16E Mouthpiece (also Yamaha). And a RB700 ribbon mic by T-bone

Hammer! Ich werf meine Trompete in den Müll. Mach ich natürlich nicht, aber ich werd wohl damit leben müssen, nie auch nur annähernd an dieses Klangwunder zu kommen.
Was für ein Cornet spielst du?

Ein Yamaha XENO 8335G. Mit Yamaha 16E Cornet-Mundstück ✌️
Wer für diese Leistung Daumen runter gibt, hat absolut keine Ahnung oder ist nur neidisch.

Über Geschmack kann man sich doch nicht streiten, lass doch jeden äußern was er will, hat doch nix mit Neid zu tun.
Der Ton ist Wahnsinn! Können sich einige Klassiker eine Scheibe abschneiden. Grandios einfach kann man nur staunen.
Das wird mein Sterbebettlied aus Dankbarkeit für mein schönes erfülltes Leben als Trompeter und Skispringer
