I am so impressed at the speed of the clippers being run over the head.....such a skill and pleasure to watch !!!!!!!!

LOL, such memories. I didn't mind the haircut, it was actually pretty good, you dry quickly after showering and don't have a lot of hair to bother with during PT and drills. But after the cuts we had trouble knowing where to fall in, it was hard at first to recognize the other trainees without their hair.

Nice to see some things never change, I saw almost the exact same thing when I was in BMTS 3011 back in 1980! lol Of course the fashions were a little different. :-)

@kasfami Possibly an exaggeration but those barbers intended on getting the closest cut possible. They'll press those blades down on your scalp as much as they could. Civilians at Lackland had quite a penchant for comic relief!

PARCE93 if you don't tell them it's there and show them, yes . then you will get yelled at for about ten minutes and then maybe get recycled.
