It's so great to see the AirCanada's LR's back in action!
Your cinematography and camera angles are impeccable. The first half fooled me into thinking that it was a heavily-modded FS2020 situation but modified with real-life sounds haha!
GE90 is just music to my ears ❤️
Love the wailing of these GE-90 115-B engines.
Always amazed at how many domestic flights in Canada get wide-bodies.

I'd say most short haul domestics end up leaving the country or going cross country after the short haul leg

Snow🤩 Nice video 👌
Good god that’s the most incredible take off 8:40 was the best part
Beautiful Take Off. :))
amazing video !! what great sounds and views. flying a domestic b777-200lr would be a dream but i live in the uk so that’s not likely to ever happen ✈️✈️
Great Video.
Very nice
Best sound
That plane later leaves for delhi india. its simply a repositionning flight from toronto to montreal.
Amazing video!! Kinda funny they use a 777LR for a 1 hour flight 😅

Yeah, it's weird for flights like Toronto-Montreal, because sometimes they'll put you in a much smaller Dash 8 Q400 turboprop or a CRJ regional jet, and then other times they might put you in a long haul plane like the 777 or 787. And then they've also used the A220 and A320 for that route.

@@thecaynuckI think it could depend on how many people they need to move between the two cities. Maybe they used a 772LR because there was a high demand for that route at the time.
I feel like it would be rare to take a 777 from Toronto to Montreal given how close they are. That would be a nice surprise.

Happens very regularly for Air Canada since YYZ-YUL is a hub to hub flight. Not uncommon for airlines to use wide-bodies for these types of flights.

@@camalio97 Nice good to know, I've always just been in small planes when flying within Canada, I took the De Havilland Dash 8-400 from Toronto to Quebec City.
Looks like takeoff power was around 80% N1, even much lower than the climb power.
Nice takeoff but not full throttle
Why low power why not full power ge90 engine

Probably because it was a very short flight, only 1 hour!

Because they didn't need to use full power to get off the Runway and into the air because the Runway is long enough and the weather probably wasn't too bad apart from there being a little snow on the ground.
The Boeing 777 200lr need retired getting old need brand new air Canada airbus a350
