i think the best way to describe ainsley is that he's passionate... he loves to cook, and his behaviour makes that very evident ^_^ he doesn't want to treat cooking like a stone-faced serious affair, he wants to make jokes, he wants to laugh, he wants to have a good time while he's cooking... and i'd be lying if i said his smile and his humour wasn't contagious... i'm COMPLETELY addicted to this man's cooking show

I just quit a job working as a cook, as I could not stand the whole process, having orders rush in, trying to pay attention to the very last detail of so many different meals you were cooking. It was just unbearable for me. But it's amazing to see the joy on the faces of chefs like Ainsley Harriott, as it reminds me that everybody finds their own career and passion in different ways. There may be something I'm much better at and would ecstatically thrive at which Ainsley could never imagine himself doing. This makes me conclude with the iconic saying: to each his own. But love watching these videos.
