I'm the main cook at a little local Japanese cuisine joint in Minnesota and I think shoga yaki is about to make an appearance on the menu after seeing this! My own swing though will be to add a tad more fukujin and maybe even a drip of chili oil. *A bit special* Thanks Ainsley my man
