I bought this headlamp from the same seller last year. Definitely a nice light but very strange LED. Not the common LED you find in most headlamps but that laser-like spot beam is nice. My only issue with it was that it didn't work with flat top batteries. I have a few Molicel P42A batteries laying around and I had to make an adapter which will allow this headlamp to work with the flat tops.
Typical higher performing leds are 100 lumens per watt. Lastest gen Nitecore UHE leds are 180 lumens per watt. Assume cheaper leds, ie, 100 lumens per watt. 110 000 lumens would then consume 1100W. Leds are also typically 10% efficient, ie 90% of the energy is heat., that means 1000W of heat needs to be dissipated somewhere. Lets be overly generous, and assume half of that 1000w, ie, 500w if ir is being thrown out the front, along with the visible light. This leaves 500w that needs to be dissipated in a heatsink / fan arrangment. Possible, but, will be big, bulky and heavy. Semiconductors of any type degrade quickly above 90°C. So... yes, you are completely correct. The specs could also refer to a pulsed 'beacon' mode, ie, very shortmduration high intensity pulses, but, I doubt it. I do however have a Nitecore HC 65 UCE that can run a legit 2000 lumens for 45mins (tested) b4 reducing power output.
in reality it is 300 lumens. the makers lie. it is false adverting. 100000 lumens would require a 5 inch x 3 inch aluminum heat sink and would draw 20 amps
