Mother’s and grandmothers are really the rock of the family. The foundation to everything the children becomes... It takes a toll on the younger ones. And sometimes it’s sad cus they get lost without them and tend to break down... But always trust in god. You’ll always get thru

The saddest we don't know the time that mum or mothers will be taken from us. What I have seen in this short script mcripr was teaching her children how to give thanks to God for what He has given for the day. She showed her children the important of eating together and doing things together in a family. I treasured this script it short but the message is very important. To reach out to ur culture there are people in there they have good qualities in life to give a hint of how u can cope with this kind of problem. 😂😂Love it💕💕💕💕💕💕

He was always telling me to focus in school, look after my bros and that's what I had to try and do, look after my 3 brothers and put them before me. This took a toll on me mentally, spiritually and physically but I will do right by him. Aiga First RIP Uncle Peter Fafetai Uncle

This short film brought tears to my eyes for sure. Although I'm half Samoan, I was raised in east Texas not the islands. Because I was adopted by a white family who raised me in a good home, I don't know too much about what it truly means to have Samoan blood coursing through my veins. Even so, I cried maybe more for myself than these kids losing their mom. Who knows?

Indeed our mothers are the core to all families. Its ashame that when we do lose our loved ones, apart of us dies too which is the culture that we thought was embarrasing infront of others. But when the time comes, we do know the blessings our mothers bestowed onto us, its just findinv the confidence to accepting that we are unique and we will make it regardless if we are fluent or not Embrave the love from all your loved ones, its amazing what teachings they leave with you even though we may not see it. Alofaaga❤

In Chuukese we have a word called “ainang”. It means like a clan/family that you belong to. I believe “aiga” means the same thing as “ainang”. Also we have a word called “manaman” which means like a supernatural power. I believe it has the same meaning as “mana”. Also when we are passing through people, we bow/crouch down slightly while saying “tirow” (like saying “excuse me”; being respectful). I believe this is the same meaning as “tulou”. Just some things that I’ve noticed.
