I have had scripture flood my mind out of the blue, I have witnessed it manifest in and around my life. Even though I haven't read the whole Bible, I am not worried because scripture is so much more than a mere book filled with words, it is living and will always be, no matter what man or others may try to do. We need to pray for protection and strength for those persecuted and we need to pray for those persecuting that their hearts will be softened and broken enough for the Holy Spirit to enter and that a mighty change will occur through Thee. That they may instead become instruments in His hands to help build up His kingdom.

Years ago a couple of elderly widows from my country, went to China as tourists. The Chinese government had no idea that they had been pastor's wives, well versed in scripture , who had served the Lord for many many years. The Lord had called them to help train pastors in the underground church. They considered it such a priviledge and honour to serve the Lord in this capacity that they went in faith, regardless of the danger. I believe that God used them to help grow His church in China. May their adventure serve as encouragement to all believers. We are never to old to be used by God. We have no "sell by date" 😊

@annetta594, I completely agree. And I personally believe that Our Holy Father in Heaven will hold them accountable for their actions. I seriously don't think that God will take it lightly of them changing His word. I mean, there is a warning written about that very thing telling us NOT to change His word! Is it in revelations? Then you have apostles telling us to turn away from anyone that comes preaching a different gospel then the one we were taught!! Then you have them trying to, what they are calling, sin-is-zation? Not sure on the spelling of the term that the guy gave in the video but ironic how what they are doing is sinful and the terminology sounds exactly the same!

Thank you for helping us to understand what is happening during these terrible days.We were in China in 1987, when it first opened up and have prayed for the Chinese people, especially our brothers and sisters. We did attend a government church, with the help of a Chinese friend who we were friends with, when he was a Visiting Scholar in Canada. We all knew the CCP observer was there. The Pastor met with us after the service. He had been in prison many years. He could share that (did he get in trouble for being that honest? We don’t know). He repeatedly asked us to have Believers pray for Chinese Christians. We stayed overnight with our friend, and were later told he could be in trouble for inviting us to stay with him and his wife. Her parents were Christians. The worst thing is, we never heard from either of them again… you can believe our prayers for China have never ceased!!

The word of God cannot be changed, it never returns void! Our prayers are for all of the christians wotld wide. Pray without ceasing,, we are all united in christ, we all belong to him. Maranatha Lord!!

You have to realize for Gen-X, the last generation of the Cold War, the old saying was that the Soviets would never attack the U.S. not because of the nukes, but because we were allied with 2 billion Chinese at their back door. I was in India in 2007. At that time their population was 1.2 billion on a much smaller land mass. I don't know if we have an official census yet, but odds are they are going to beat China in being the largest country by population very soon if they haven't already.

Children of a household that does not involve two Chinese parents are ostracized. It is to the point that China is literally trying to get women of Chinese descent to move back to China to have kids. Oh yea, then there's that issue as well, China did not value girls, don't know if they do now, but that is why they are in this situation. They aborted mostly girls until they would have a boy in a household. So, country full of dudes and not enough womb for the children.

I’ve been praying for China since the 1970s. In 1982 we had a visit in group of Visiting scholars come to our town and have dinner with us one night. Since then I have had almost numerous Chinese friends. I read Bob Fu’s book several years ago and was impacted by it. I hope to purchase another couple of copies to lend out. I saw an ad in English with Chinese subtitles on KZread yesterday it looked like it was preaching the gospel but as the ad progresses it starts saying things about reincarnation.
