我很高兴政府给我 Skillsfuture 钱，让我能够学习怎么洗厕所。如果我失去工作时，能够帮忙洗厕所赚钱。肚子饿了也可以拿大便来吃。真是非常感谢政府的帮助。🙂

I have bad memory, tell me to memorize notes i cannot do it. Exams and tests sure fail. face it, most of the questions in the assessments of courses require certain amount of memory power. If training assessments area all structured to project, open book and assignment basis, i think it will be more realistic. When we work, we usually work on scenarios instead of answering questions, and when we work when we are not sure or forget certain things, we can still refer to our notes. When we do the things often and repeatedly, eventually we will remember it. This is how the brain is trained to receive, retain and dispense information. Some brains can remember fast, some don't and need more repeatedly use and exposure to information.

Why do you need to memorize if you understand the concept?😝

Govt can afford to give $ 4k for training but yet $ 200 to NS men who spend 10 plus years protect this country ?? They standby and put their life on the line when war calls while the politicians earn $ 15k at least per mth for allowance.

@@happy-wave-form Hope you get what you desire. No more in camp allowance to hope for. 1 million past and present NS men, thats a significant vote count. $ 4k one off NS package will be a good guesture after Pioneer, Medeka, Majullah packages.

2 years of lag and 10 years of reservist has severely impacted males in all aspects of life, including dating.

Never forget to help these low income earners below 40 years old, at least with their skillsfuture top-up, as they can still upgrade themself and acquire a better pay job before they are old.

很簡單，讓我們去演戲、唱歌這些不會被取代的工作，這些被看不起的工作。並且發現實價的薪資。 若我們都提升了，公司會如實加新嗎 ? 他們的成本會翻倍，是他們不想要的。 7:45 是的，所有事物都有限度。但維有貪念是無限的。 我們只要求與時相匹的薪資但幾乎沒一家公司能做到。那憑甚麼他們可以肆意妄為 ? ! 現今一人做三人份但領半人薪資的工作數不勝數，這問題才最為迫切。

Government should pay more efforts in collaborating with employers to recognise / hire mid careers candidates who has completed skillfuture courses, instead of focusing solely on experience. This is more meaningful, justify / drive the motivation to self-upgrade. Or else, it would be a waste of money and time upon completion of courses but no hiring opportunity.

政府什么学习是骗人的啦。不过是转移，拖延，新加坡失业人士去‘学习’。浪费时间而已。

老板用AI取代员工是好事，老板就不用看员工脸色。员工也会怕被取代，会努力工作。

以前我做工我做了我做了两年过后有新人来他们的薪水比我高过我去问为什么他们的进水比我高老板跟我说他没有文凭拨号老板就叫我们两个去读一个课程我拿了文凭公司就关门我拿文凭去找工有些老板都不看这个文凭他注重我们中学文凭还是ite的文凭😅

we have to wonder, why Singapore is so unique that Singaporeans born in Singapore cannot be gainfully employed? Why are Singaporeans in private sectors being laid off in large numbers? Is the only safe haven in the Government sector then?

Government should focus more efforts to career placement tie up opportunities between job seekers and employers. Leaving job seekers to seek employment on their own does not work as employers unlikely to be keen with job seekers (especially those who upgraded with skills future credit but without relevant real job experience/track record). I have used up all my SFC (and self pay the shortfall) and looking for relevant job opportunities but to no avail. Not sure due to age (above 40) or no relevant job experience (in area of training received), or both. Have been trying for more than 1 year.

有一些课程的学费相当高，大概$3000以上，政府只有津贴$500根本不够，其实不需要太多烘培做点心等等的课程，对在业人士不实用，当然有部分家庭主妇可以去学习。

其实是相同，很多提升的课程费用都很高，$500肯定不够，也只能学习简单而基础的课程，如今物价上涨，吃的用的学费都在涨价，某些课程需要提升$4000应该足够。

虽然每天看到在吹AI，但我还是每年至少 +薪200

用政府的拨款或花自己的钱去上课也未必会有工作，太多外来人在抢工作，到时候是 “被骗” 的感觉。 应征一份工作要提升不被录用，等你去上课提升那份工作已经不是你的了。

新加坡生活很辛苦嗎？他們的樣子比實際年齡再交成熟😂 要不是就報少了歲數😊
