Radhika ji, listening to this Ghazal, reminded me of my Dad, he used to love this, and would ask my Mom to sing for him. Incidentally she was fond of singing Ghazals and do Shero Shayari too old Pishori Shaukn.

The show is supposed to be for mubarak begum saheba but had i attended the show, this song of k.l.saigal saab has been so well sung by this lady that it would already be paise wasool for me after listening to her.

Bahut surely awaaz hai. Bahut khub aap ka andaaz bhi bahut accha hai ,aaisi sureli awaz phir se suraiya begum ki yaad aagai.
