AI in the Loop, Panel II: AI for Communities and Organizations

We are increasingly aware that AI technologies are influencing the communities and organizations that use them, and that the effects of this influence differ based on people's race, ethnicity, gender or socioeconomic standing. This panel will explore how AI technologies are changing organizational structures, what we might do to embed desired social conventions into the technologies, and why we must consider a diverse set of needs and values in the design.
