Ahsoka Episode 5 Review - The Return of the Clone Wars!

Ойын-сауық

Star Wars Ahsoka returns with a pivotal episode for the character and the franchise. Ahsoka fights off against her force ghost vision of her Master, Anakin Skywalker. The character goes through some growth as well as traversing back in time to some awesome Clone Wars/Rebels moments. Hayden Christensen gives a much better performance from the prequel trilogy and does a wonderful job here (along with the de-aging used). What do you guys think of this great episode? Do you want to see more, a Darth Vader series? A Clone Wars series? Let us know down in the comments!

This episode had A LOT of amazing moments. Hayden did such a great job returning as Anakin. The Clone Wars in LIVE ACTION was AMAZING!! Hera and the others’ scenes were kind of a drag but other than that I had a good time with this episode.

Watching and revisiting the Clone wars thinking of Duchess Satine who I think whose death encouraged Anakin to go dark side solely for the reason Obi Wan couldnt save with the light of the force so he embrased the dark in hope of saving Padme god i wish the episode had been longer and ive enjoyed watching Hayden on Ashoka amd Obi Wan and remembering i first saw him on a show called Higher Ground.cant wait for the next episode

I think it’s rather open to how deep you wanna go on the lesson. I know some ppl don’t like that but I love it. Theory’s video on the episode explains what I think the lesson is most likely about. But for me personally I think a major part of the lesson was closure. She was fighting and leading men in war at 14 years old which caused her to carry immense trauma and guilt for years while never fully confronting it. She blames herself for leaving Anakin and the Jedi and partly thinks she should have been there to help or even stop it. I think with this she got some closure much like how when I talk to my therapist 😂 or really anyone close to me about very difficult issues even when I do not get a literal concrete solution just the act of confronting it and talking about it with someone helps so much and has brought a lot of closure. So whether or not that was intended it was how I related to it personally. I think she is now able to accept that what happened was meant to be and she needs to stop just surviving but start living. Stop being so depressed about the past and start focusing on what she can do now about the future. Am I reaching? Is it more simple? Sure maybe 😂 but Idc this is what i love about stories and everyone being able to relate to them in different ways. Side note: I hope we get more of those flashbacks cause that’s my complaint it was too quick. Should have gone through a few more memories or even have Anakin show Ahsoka some of his. Idk we’ll see but ya if they kept the first half the episode going like that then next episode started with what we saw in the second half, that would have been perfect.

It's not two, but one little actress, Ariana Greenblatt, who also played little Gamora in Infinity War and the bitchy daughter of America Ferrera in Barbie.😁

Disney make a dodgy live action remake of a beloved animated classic? nah...they would never to that. 🤣

I guess you're who they're making this for... one giant 'memberberry, with no point. Wanted to like it, but just walked away feeling hollow.
