If a woman can make references to stargate she is 100% awesome and a keeper.

That guy pulling a blaster and yelling "For the Empire!" was the stupidest thing he could have done. What made him think that was going to be successful? Not only did he get dropped instantly, but he exposed the entire place as being imperial loyalists(even though that was obvious to the audience).

I think that was a purrgil amongst the clouds. Listen again to that scene, Trent. Love the pumpkiny, autumnal thing you have going, Julia.

I love how much the star map looked like one of the star maps from Kotor when it was activated on the pedestal.

It's been a LONG time since I've played KotOR, but weren't those star maps made by the Rakatan? Would line up with Morgan's line about the map being made by an ancient species from another galaxy.

@@foulrotthat would be a nice continuation of Rakatan lore after the blue kyber in Andor.

Skol and Hati are from the norse mythology. They are wolves that are chasing the sun and moon over the sky. So, Dave Filoni is clearly playing with real-world myths in this story.

Interesting choice of mythology given the Wolf centric action on Lothal with Dume and the door to the World between Worlds at the end of Rebels

38:54-39:12 I did not expect this at the end, but it's so cute and funny.🥰😂 I am loving this series so far as well as your reaction to it. Also, I really enjoyed Chopper in this episode, especially since I can better understand what he says now.

18:00 they both want Ahsoka to use the force the bring down the ship. Just like Starkiller does in the games. Then Ahsoka runs into the actual Starkiller and the male host says "Merick" when he meant to say "Morrock" lol the irony, I love it. Morrock is Merrick who is Starkiller in the games. Both Ahsoka and Starkiller were trained by Vader. Morrock is powerful but his goal wasn't to beat Ahsoka that day, it was to escort the hyperdrive which he did. Most didn't notice Morrock's lightsaber design is similar to Starkillers but mixed with inquisitor's design. I hope you all can tell I'm pretty excited for Dave's story.

Bringing it to a distant galaxy is rather brilliant story-wise. It allows Filoni to write his own stories for these characters without worrying about fitting it with previously established stories. And, it explains why they're all missing from the sequel trilogy.

I would imagine that Jacen is probably being looked after by Cham on Ryloth when Hera has to go on missions. She can't fully take care of him and fulfill her responsibilities to the New Republic at the same time. And he's only like 9-10 years old at this point, so he's way too young to be on a military ship or going on missions with Hera.

I'm rewatching rebels w my friend bc she's never seen it. And in the dark saber training eps Hera is grilling Kanan abt why he's training Sabine differently than he did Ezra and asks him if it's bc she doesn't have the force. And he counters, the force is in everyone but you have to be open to it and Sabine is closed off. Also those lil birds, the convore (like Morai that hangs out w Ahsoka) are seen in the training eps. The convore birds are strong w the force and drawn to it. In the scenes there are two convore sitting close together and then a third lands a little apart from them. I think even back in Rebels Filoni was implying that Sabine does have force potential. IF she can open herself up to it. ALSO my tin foil hat on Shin Hati and Baylan and why she's so focused on him. The actress who plays Shin is like 25/26. Order 66 happened ehhhh about 28 years ago. Ish? What if Baylan was on an assignment to collect a force baby for the Jedi when Order 66 happened, right after he picked up Shin. So he kept her, raised her, trained her in the Jedi tradition, but with a helping of anger and fear which is why she has a padawan braid and they both have orange blades. And why he wants power. Also why she looks to him for so much. He's her un-Jedi master and her surrogate dad. *twitches under tin foil hat*

I really hope they don't pull a "Sabine is force sensitive" revelation out of nowhere. I'd rather her keep up with force users using her own skill and training than space magic. That's just me though.

@@SolusArmatura I think a lot of people feel that way. I was kind of in that camp until my rebels rewatch. now my interpretation is that it wouldn't be out of nowhere bc they actually laid the groundwork for it in rebels. But I don't think she'll ever be super strong with it. Limited wielding, maybe even just enhanced reflexes/anticipating attacks type stuff that she can apply to her Mando skills as well.
