AgroLink: Pig Farming as an Entrepreneurial Venture

Pig farming is a booming industry in Ghana with people currently more open to pork consumption probably because of the health benefit associated with it. AgroLink host, Nana Essumamba Sam, visits El-leenia Farms Limited to engage with the CEO, Ernest Owusu Ansah, on the knowledge individuals need in order to go into the venture with the aim of reducing unemployment in Ghana.

You are NOT a Nigerian! You guys should Stop all these Nigeria comparison whenever the issue of Ghana comes up. There are MANY MANY MANY pig farms that you can visit in Nigeria if you are serious about starting a pig farm.

@@memyself5412 I am from Delta state in Nigeria. Did you even understand my comment? I was in Nigeria recently and I visited three different pig farms around my state. Assuming he is in Nigeria, I would have visited his farm too because I like his ideas , planning and intelligence. What's wrong about that?

@martin wenya-That is the pull him down syndrome inherent to Africans, you only look for mistakes in the good that other people are doing. After all, it is correct to say pig pen. Both interviewer and interviewee did well in educating us on pigs. Thank you my fellows

All animal houses are called pen in general but if you are a professional in the field of animal science then the specific terms for their houses become necessary. Examples are pig sty, rabbit hutch, etc.The interviewer is not a professional so she is not wrong by saying pig pen.
