Same here, the first part of the formula works then the rest doesnt, it might be a problem on the settings of excel.

What is the formula if I have to use for a particular Date and not today.as my sales date is changing every day.

Thanks for sharing the ageing analysis. One observation is the vlookup formulae you used is unreadable and my request is wherever you use formulaes, please see that you enlarge the screen so that the formulae are visible.

I just add another column where I work out the number of days, and then do a Grouping on the number of days with intervals of 30.

What if need to make it on year wise rather in days??

With the same approach as discussed in the video you just need to add as many days. For example for 0-1 year it is 360 or 365 days. For 1-2 years it will be 720-730 days (twice of 360-365 days) Let me know if you have more questions.

When a customer made a payment then what will be the coulumn head and how we calculate in aging analysis?

The aging analysis essentially contains unpaid invoices only. If an invoice is paid it will not appear in this schedule or simply removed from the list. And the payment received will be recorded in the respective accounts.

All the amounts that are past due are actually collectibles. Aging is done to know how many days have passed since they aren't paid. Are you asking to know the total? All the amounts of columns other than "not due" are collectibles.
