@compulsivegunbuyer it's based on folded webbing to add rigidity and structure. The downside is weight, lack of contour, stiff rigidity, and pain on hips and back. Now companies have access to advanced materials like Tegris to add rigidity and flexibility with reduced weight. It appears this is the direction they are heading with this belt. What I don't like about most of the current belt offerings is the lack of contour, the mounting methods and weight. I currently run the Blue force gear chlk belt. It's super light weight, its pre contoured on two planes, you can screw your attachments directly to the belt. This offers a super lightweight load bearing belt with a simple mounting solution to streamline the belt. Ultimately I see the future of belts being this: Blue forece gear chlk belt with bladetech tek-mounts or similar idea. You would bolt the mounts to the belt and have a universal receiver on your pouches, ifak, holster... ect. It's makes your belt infinitely configurable and you don't have to have 3 or 4 belts for different mission sets.

@@a1v175 The CHLK is also like 400 dollars. This is sub 200, most people don't need what the CHLK does anyway. Tek mounts and similar are fine until sand, grit, water, etc. get into them, not to mention again the cost. And most people would probably still need to move the tek mount bases around based on different missions. The mechanix belt also allows you to cant or have normal vertical molle with single pouches. You just have to thread the molle straps in differently in the same spot depending on what you want. I run a shaw concepts belt with suspenders and that works for me but the current popular style of belt is what they're doing. It's similar to the AXL belt, is around the same price but you can have the cant without their special pouches which is nice. This seems like a good all around belt for a good price. A CHLK is great if you're actually doing shit around helicopters and have the cash, overkill for most people and the contour isn't for everyone either.

Isnt the k19 made in vietnam with chinese materials? How well does it “glow” under nv? For $300+? You can buy the same thing from the chinese for $80. Buy from reputable AMERICAN companies and not from foreign swindlers. Cant believe this company gets any respect from so called “professionals”.

K19 is old news. And no, they use genuine Cordura, velcro, buckles, etc. It may not be the kind of Cordura with NIR treatment, and it doesn't really glow any more than US milspec gear, but it's definetely not chinese fabric. The labor however isn't in the US (or Israel) yet which I wish it was.

Most people index off their pistol placement. The bigger issue is verticle alignment. It's hard to tell if the velcro in the back is fully seated on the inner belt.

but that ton of bs isnt actually anything you need to mess with. It literally is non intrusive at the user. Inner belt works same as BAG, this one has a stretch zone. Outer belt initially lines up and locks in with magnets totally out of your way, improved on basically every belt out there IMO. I mean he literally explained everything I would think people would want, easy on easy off. Yeah sure it isnt light years different, but still, Ive sat thru numorous classes, range trailers, vehicles, etc having to take my belt on and off having to fiddle with lining up each and every time. what a nice comment to make on something you havent even touched before bro. christ

I’ve heard nothing but good things about agilite. A few Marines I served with use their K19 PC. You can’t get upset about a gear company that started in Israel. The gear is legit. 5.11 and Agilite should not be in the same sentence. That’s an insult.
