I have had THREE LumiSpas - does make my skin feel good. But I have sent them in for repair numerous times. They were very slow to responding (5 Months).
Wow, it was great to see you both! After thinking it over, I have decided that age has taken a toll that no product can fix, so I covered my face with a grey beard!

What is that firm head for what type of skin?

Firm heads are good for oily and dull skin. Gentle heads for sensitive and acne prone skin. Normal is good for all skin types.
What is the benefit of the firm head over the regular?

The firm head is good for anyone with more oily skin. The regular is good for all skin types. And gentle is good for anyone with more sensitive skin. I personally use the regular head.
My friend have a lot of acne even if she's 30 years old now what soap do you recommend to use with her Lumispa?

She should use the acne cleanser that pairs with the Lumispa.
Do you not rinse your face off after using the lumi? And what about the neck. You did not use it there. Is there a reason?

I do rinse my face off to get the cleanser off after using. It doesn't take much to wash it off. And I sometimes will use it on my neck but typically I stick to the 4 quadrants of the face like in the video. But you don't have to! You can certainly use the 2 minutes however you would like or do an additional 2 mins to do your neck. If I'm using the eye attachment I'll do 2 mins on my face followed by 2 mins on my eyes. We just cover the most common use in the video.

Yes, I wash off the excess cleanser
0:19 so it removes the color from your face. OK got it. Now i can also look like a ghost when i get one.
