I never thought Arabic jingles will work so well together with a “European” choir…but Vitalis you absolute madman you did a work of art.

I liked it. Feels like a journey through the civs and their campaigns. From 00:00 to 0:37 English campaign against the Scotts. From 00:37 to 1:28 the Sicilians, with their Arabic influences. From 1:28 onwards the Burgundians.

First part: The English fought the Scots, so there was Scots music Middle part: The Sicilians fought with the Arabs, so there was Arabic music Final part: The Burgundians fought with the French, so there was a passage of French sacred music

I hope someday we'll hear this masterpiece in a main menu

@@momtazpervin5805 yes ofc we have here sicilian vibes. The start instrument (zampogna) is a traditional sicilian instrument. From 0:00 - 0:37 we have a sicilian / burgundy mix which is more "european" and from 0:38 - 1:22 sicilian with arabic influences. greetings

From 1:29 onward is God tier aoe2 music

Can't wait for the unofficial Dawn of the Dukes theme.

This has beaten out The Last Khans' theme as my favorite of the AoE series. That soft angelic choir is just sublime. Great job. I wish this was in the game.

The king of godly music is back Your uploads always make my day Vitalis. If a mod ever shows up in steam workshop, especially as to have this as my new menu theme. I'll be downloading it.

Best music ever I heard, it is base on every cultures starting with choir of burgundians, in the middle with khans and ends with most epic AGE OF EMPIRES 2 main theme. What a Master Peice. Great work Vitalis...

How much has this game changed after it was first released way back in 1999? Well, it continues to change even till today. 22 years!

OMG, this is EPIC..

that background whip snap alone makes this my favourite aoe2 theme variation

Considering that you made the official civs themes and considering the exeptional quality of your work, I think that is an official AOE II song no mater if it is no implemented in the game.

Had no idea that this theme and the Last Khans theme even existed. Wonderful work. Can't believe it's not included in the game - at least I don't have it. Here's to hoping we get Dawn of the Dukes, Dynasties of India, and more extended civilization themes. If you have the interest to make them, we have the interest to listen!

Wieder mal eine Meisterhafte Arbeit vom Meister Vitalis! :) Leider wird finde ich, dein Potential nicht voll ausgeschöpft. Wieso beauftragen sie dich nicht mit neuen Musiktracks. Die auch in das Spiel selber integriert werden?? Die aller 1. Erweiterung hatte neue Tracks und eine neue Main Theme hinzugefügt. Deine Arbeit sollte mehr gewürdigt und unterstützt werden. hey aurora ! Iam happy that ppl like u noticed the current situation ! Ure right, I havent published anything something about a year but Iam still active (in the background). For example I composed the civ themes for the new Aoe2 DLC (Return of Rome) or civ themes and some background music for aoe3 meanwhile. I know, I wasnt posting something here .... but I try to focus the new extended version for the "Romans" :-) - and in the background iam busy with AoM - Retold :) so pls bear with me if that take some time

How can this be an unnoficial version? Is so beautifull and well polished, wtf is wrong with the team that manages design at DE?

Imagine FE could have added this to the dlc just to have some new music and not just the civ themes for the dlc. But it was willingly restricted to be the smallest expansion ever. Not understandable

I believe they're saying "It's a shame this version wasn't included in the official release. When will AOE3 get new themes?"

I hope added new civ Jurchen (Qin), Kitai, Tibet and Uyghur. This civils all kinds of Nomad kingdom.

@@VitalisEirich i also mistake a Jurchen. b cuz they both civil, Nomad and farmer. And Jurchen called China (Is not chinese civil but they are use the Chinese civil. b cuz after fall the Ming dynasty, they named by themselve called Chin or Qin) And interest thing Korean they are called 'Keum' (first jurchen dynasty) and 'Chung'(After Keum dynasty) And Japanese called 'Shim' (after Keum dynasty)
