@@BandwagonBAM it’s in between kid and adult it’s called teenager. Some people grow and mature faster than others but the age range from 13-21 is when people grow the most mentally. But you can’t treat two 18 year olds different because one is more mature than the other so I guess government just picked a number and said now you’re an adult. So yeah they are an adult in the eyes of the law but maybe or maybe not mentally
