I'm trying this out myself to do a C5 C6 bi-lateral bulge. Bought the book it it appears to really work. The only issue I'm having is the always lightly there neck ache and dull stinging that travels from neck through tips of fingers. Tolerable but not disappearing. Then there is reoccurrence. Going to look into a Mckenzie certified therapist near me to figure out how to abolish the discomfort/pain.
