I'm really enjoying this series! It appears that granaries and storehouses are really important because those families will also run market stalls for the products they have. This allows your worker families to focus on production instead of selling. You don't want to see the little market icon on any of your worker families (hunter, forager), only on the storage ones.
Still love watching this series very much. Can't get enough of it!! So interesting and the realistic!! More please🤩
Please dont have the spear men charge..... They're best attribute is impaling and it counters the damage if an enemy charges into them...

Yeah generally in all the games ive played the baron fights all the bandit camps, so if you dont get to them first you lose all those resources. I had the baron claim the tents for himself while I was doing the fighting -_-. Baron also loves hiring and locking out all the mercenaries indefinitely. If you arent extremely aggressive baron will take all your land quickly. I almost thought you had lowered AI aggressiveness in settings but I guess not. Multiple youtubers have more passive barons, so I guess youtuber luck lol.

Are you sure that more families in the apiary doesn't make more production? I think that it should.. If not , why there is 4 family capacity to assign in the apiaries?
Castel Planner is bugged - mine rebuilds the large tower every time I add something.
In my first playthrough with the Baron he ran over me, got all the territories and then came for me and I had no army Q_Q
