Fun fact, in field trip when it says something about "Katrina in womb for 9 months", her mom was gonna name her Katrina.

Finally someone who understands that its a more mature sound. Her next album is gonna be so good!

Notebook- brake up song. Test Me- Melanie's view on life and introduction to new style of her music. Brain & Heart- deeper thoughts about balance of emotions and mind. Numbers- Basically roasting music industry. Glued- it's kinda unclear but it's connected to us being "glued up" too much to life or less than whe should. Field Trip- Melanie's view on her person. The Bakery- song about her job she hated.

AHHH YES i love this EP. also this EP is completely personal to Melanie. Cry Baby and K-12 were about the darker sides of life, K-12 did discuss some elements of Melanie’s life but the EP wasn’t a concept album like Cry Baby and K-12. melanie said that after every new album she’s going to release an EP that’s tied to the album but not the storyline (instead of putting out a deluxe like she did with Cry Baby). she also said she’s spending all of 2021 working on her next album which she’s already gotten pretty far with so I’d expect her next album early 2022 (she said it definitely won’t be out next year) my personal ranking: 1.
