Although the legendary Marathas motivated other kingdoms of Bharat to stand against foreign powers and nothing is impossible! We Marathas played a great role in making India what it is today... All historians put spin on this. But the fact is that Abdali had won the battle against Mahrathas, but not the war. A large army of Marhathas were on the March towards Delhi and had reached Indore. Abdali was in no condition to face it. So he quickly accepted 90% Maratha demands, returned most the land back to Marathas, accepted men appointed by Marathas at Delhi, and returned back to Afganistan within 2 week. Never a king in history ever left the area after winning it within two weeks. Most end up staying and expanding their empire, like rest of them. To become shahanshah of India is too good an opportunity to throw away like this. Abdali simply got up and left. In fact he was so week that during his retreat, Sikhs looted him and freed most of the prisoners. He did not had a will to fight back. He simply ran to the safety of his homeland.

@@IqbalSingh-qf1id when I say he was so weak, I mean after the battle of Panipat, because of loses which he suffered. I am not aware that Abdali attached again and killed 30000 next year, 1762. Please give your reference for this. Even if he did, he must have regrouped and consolidated his army. When I say sikhs attached him I do not mean to belittle or undermine Sikh’s achievement. We all were fighting this evil and it was combined effort by all of us.

में सोनू शर्मा गांव चुलकाना धाम तहसील समालखा जिला पानीपत हरियाणा से हुं पानीपत मेरे गांव से 25 किलोमीटर दुर है मेरा गांव नेशनल हाईवे नबंर एक से थोडी सी दुर है लेकिन जब पानीपत की तीसरी लडाई हुई उस समय लाहौर से दिल्ली तक जो रास्ता जाता है जिस पर कोष मीनार बनी हुई है वो था ओर वो रास्ता चुलकाना गांव से होकर पानीपत की तरफ जाता था उस रास्ते को बादशाही रोड बोलते है कुछ जगहों पर वो आज भी चल रहा है कुछ जगह बन्द हो गया पानीपत के तीसरे युध्द में मराठे मकर सक्रांती पर कुरुक्षेत्र स्नान करने गए हुए थे ओर अब्दाली को सोच रहे थे कि अम्बाला के रास्ते आऐगा लेकिन अहमदशाह अब्दाली उतर प्रदेश के रास्ते आ रहा था लेकिन पानीपत में यमुना पार नहीं कर पाया तो वो बागपत युपी से सोनीपत (नजदीक कुण्डली बोडर) के रास्ते यमुना पार करके आया पहले तो मराठों का दिल्ली जाने वाला रास्ता बन्द किया राशन आदि बन्द हो गया फिर मराठे कुरुक्षेत्र से सोनीपत की तरफ दौडे तो सोनीपत से युध्द होता हुआ पानीपत में जाकर खत्म हुआ यानि कि सोनीपत से ही मराठे लडते रहे ओर पानीपत के ( काला आम्ब ) नामक स्थान पर युध्द खत्म हुआ यानि 60 किलोमीटर तक युध्द चलता रहा ये बताते है कि कुंए भी मिट्टी लासों के भर गए थे जहां को युध्द हुआ ओर इस युध्द के बाद भी सदाशिव राव भाऊ जीवित था सदाशिवराव भाऊ के नाम पर पानीपत से 14 किलोमीटर दुर एक गांव का नाम पड़ा हुआ है भाऊपुर इस गांव का नाम है भाऊपर 9466938262 यह मेरा नबंर है

कुछ गद्दार लोगों की वजह से भड़वे लोगों की वजह से मराठाओं की पानीपत में मराठों कि हार हुई थी यदि दुसरो लोगों ने पानीपत में मराठों का साथ देते तो आज ओर कुछ इतिहास रहता फिर भी अमर रहे शदाशिव भाऊ पैसवा अमर रहे जो पिछे नहि हटे शर कटा दिया

Problem was ..Anyone who would help the marathas .. the delhi sultanta would have been controlled by the Maratha.. and no one from the North wanted the southern interference !!! And all the so called brave rajputs, sikhs, jats ..Were hidding like cowards... And this mentality of a hindu will never help a hindu still prevails in this country !! Totally Wrong explanation, Maratha regain power and defeated East India Company twice before 1818, In 1818 after huge artillery from East India company Maratha lost third war and so as Entire India is under East India Company after 1818.

जवहरलाल लाल नेहरू जी ने ठीक फरमाया,अपनी किताब "भारत एक खोज" में कि तीसरे पानीपत के युद्ध से ये तय हुआ कि भारत पे कौन राज करेगा,और,कौन नहीं, ये बात सच है कि इस युद्ध के बाद काफी छोटे छोटे राज्यों में भारत बंट चुका था,इसके बाद अंग्रेजों ने काफी फायदा उठाया,और आगे दो सौ साल तक राज्य किया।

Why anybody will fight with Marathas?

tipu sutan was mighty with his rockets fights but he is also famous to convert marathas forcefully into muslims... In 1788, Tipu ordered his governor in Calicut Sher Khan to begin the process of converting Hindus to Islam, and in July of that year, 200 Brahmins were forcibly converted.

I am a Pakistani settled in USA. I always wanted to read and understand the real history of subcontinent. I can understand little bit of verbal Hindi but can't read and understand full Hindi. Can you please advise me a good book of History in Urdu or English, which I can buy in USA. Also, if you can use simple or easy Hindi or Urdu, it will be great . Thanks for the excellent job you are doing by these videos.

Marathas were still there in game in 1763 they won battle of raskhabhuvan against nizam hyderabad they retook delhi in 1771 , defeated British in 1775 1st anglo maratha war, peshwa madhavrao died in young age of 28 this was biggest shock than panipat, he would have directly ruled delhi rather than vassal shah alam on throne

marathas loosing the war is a big lie, the marathas although lost but inflicted big losses on abdali & nearly 75k Abdali forces were butchered brutally. Abdali never dared to enter central India after dis war & handed over Marathas their kingdom many say Abdali also lost 1eye in the war after gardis missile hit his cavalry line 🙏

@Srinik Deb neither marathas lost nor abdali won the war was a tragedy for both sides abdali & allies lost over 2.50lakhs soldiers marathas & civilians over 3lakhs there was soo much blood loss in the battle that a mango which grows in nearby treees are called kala amb🙏

There are Marathi Reddy caste in marathwada. They are Farmers. They speak Marathi in their house. मातृ भाषा मराठी आहे. They were Soldiers in kakatiya kingdom, Vijay Nagar kingdom.

Whenever india is invaded or ruled by foreigner is due to we hve not a strong central power we are divided into small kingdoms whether it is in case of prithviraj chauhan and mohammad ghori or in case of maratha and afghan or britishers
