    I've heard of men being thrown in jail just on an accusation of SA but women (from what I've seen and heard throughout my life, so I might be wrong) not even getting a day in jail if they do the same. If you would throw a man in jail for something, equality would be throwing a woman in jail for doing the same thing.

    Its not considered rape by law without pentration.so women cant rape a man by law unless its anal. So its just SA but no one believes its unwanted. Only if its a grown woman and a small child will it be taken seriously.

    She is a woman and on top of that what do you think she will do when she has kids. This is literally tribalism. You are on their side and support them regardless of their actions. I worked in the middle east. I have seen it. This is no longer a movement but a cult and a triable mentality.

    Truthfully, conviction rates for rape are pretty low across the board, as it's a matter of consent, and that is a difficult thing to prove to the legal standard of evidence. Even men tend to get away with it a lot. It's just a very hard crime to prove. But yeah, there is a crazy double-standard in society. Without tumbling down some insane red-pill diatribe, here's a clear example of how society treats this in pop-culture: Motorhead - "Don't Let Daddy Kiss Me" music.kzread.info/dash/bejne/iaCAmsyIqcu_oNY.html&si=qMWpYgJ3gww5mjOa Simon & Garfunkel - "Mrs. Robinson" music.kzread.info/dash/bejne/kXdm2NOCaam8p8o.html&si=jDoYUnC2e2ke9SK_ Forget the lyrics even, which is in a Major and Minor Chord? Both are about inappropriate relationships with children, one is with an adult man, the other with an adult woman. The law is unbiased in these cases, but people are not, and people enforce the law, so there is a huge disparity between men and women with regard to the way these crimes are treated.

  • @aluralovell6829

    @aluralovell6829

    3 ай бұрын

    @@KDawg92801 Well you have to think about it logically. 1. Male SA especially when perpetrated by women isn't taken seriously so going to the police after a singular incident wouldn't do much especially if the victim in question was not willing to report which is very likely as men are made to feel ashamed of situations like this and would rather deny than report it. From the sounds of it, only her most recent victim was willing to report as even OP themselves wasn't willing to report. For all we know she did attempt to report it the first time but if there was no evidence and merely his word against hers nothing likely happened. 2. From an emotional standpoint, you as a parent aren't likely going to believe the first person who accused your child of something so heinous. As a parent, you aren't going to want to believe your child could do something so awful so the first time you are likely not to believe it. 3. Lastly reporting your child isn't as easy as people like to make it out to be. Yes we all know morally it's the right thing to do, but the difference is that isn't our child, we don't have to go through the emotional turmoil that she does. While you may understand that your child needs to be held accountable and suffer the consequences of their actions, this is also someone you raised, someone you carried inside of you, this was and will always be your baby. We know how sex offenders get treated in prison and while we may not personally care and even think she deserves it, what loving parent wants their child to be abused, assaulted, or killed? Because that is the reality you have to come to grips with when you report your child. It's a complicated feeling.

    @aluralovell6829 / honestly tho as someone who was SA'd, I'd believe the accuser over my child, especially when stuff has happened before. The fact is that if someone has multiple accusations and is a regular, non famous person, they did it. You just don't get 3-4 people who don't know each other accusing one person. Even if it was my child, my parent, my best friend, I'd drop them like a hot potato if I found out they were accused. Unless I know the accuser is themselves an abuser (as they are the most likely to falsely accuse- specifically during divorces/custody battles) I'm believing the person who was clearly hurt. People who have blind loyalty to anyone, including their children, will enable abusers to abuse. I refuse to do that.
