absolutely it is not right, I do not have PR or citizenship ; and also I did not have anybody in USA when I started the journey ; but I am still working as doctor in USA ; so focus on authentic information

thanks for the compliment. A simple laptop with the simplest configuration should be sufficient. You do not need anything fancy. I still do not have a tab , I wish I had one when I was preparing for the exams back in 2014 ; but I was really on a budget , haha. I used my phone to do question bank when I was in a bus or train. Mobile screen is a little small to read explanation , so for convenience you can get a tab, but not mandatory
