This means no lumber for many in the eastern states . Also the culling of young in wildlife that a normal winter occasions isn't happening leading to explosions in populations of Racoon, Bear, puma, mouse, possum....Mini monsoon rains are killing off many of the large winged raptors too who's wings can't dry out between rains; no fly, no eat, no eat they die. About the best civil engineers can/should do is build for 100 year events. More is possible, but is it worth it?
