I am confused where this story is going? Was she divorced before engagement? Got cheated twice? Why ML didn't pursue fl when she broke up with her first ex? Also where the second ex has gone?

Amazing how the ex and mistress became different actors halfway through the show and a broken engagement became divorce. 😅😂

I figure there's a lot of "Lost in Translation" going on with the subtitling. Sometimes it's confusing, other times quite hilarious, and many times I have to look up what some phrase means, which can also be funny or enlightening.

I’ve watched this twice just to figure out if the actors playing the ex-fiancée and mistress were changed or if new characters were introduced. It was very confusing just going by the English subtitles. 😊

At least the ML is handsome and a good voice.

Who would not like a husband like this !

@@sheritaj1732 In my case, after watching more than 50 movies with similar plot (long scenes bullying the FL, jade pendant that is taken by the fake sister, M'sL allowing green teas hanging around them, women acting like a kid, women behaving like sex is wrong and rejecting their husbands constantly and the knife stabbing at the end of the show), it is really tedious for me but I keep watching new dramas with the hope to find one different. Sometimes I have to skip scenes. Still I don't find a good short drama with good romantic scenes but also

It was beautiful wasn't it? Sometimes the wedding dresses they wear are really cheap and nasty. I love it when the dresser of the show gets it right and all the clothes look great. My two biggest pet hates on these dramas is 1. the awful flesh coloured thick tights the women wear, and 2. the cheap clothing they wear when they're supposed to be really wealthy! Lol.

At the first pl the bridegroom should not leave the bride n go after de other lady. This shown that he got no intension to marry the bride. After de bride ask for divorce he came back to her n ask for forgiveness. This guy is not serious with the relationship. Better get lost .

right, and also his phone conversation with her in the beggining threatening her not to break off the engagement and mistress call at the back was all we need to know about him. he got no respect for her, nor sustaining feelings . I think he tried to marry her to gain even more power/ connections, sth his mistress could not give it to him.

The ex is the worst type of scumbag. He just blames others instead of reflecting and realizing the breakdown of their relationship is his fault. He never respected FL and drops her any time the evil 2FL calls. ML saw his chance to be with FL and took it. FL's parents are also scum. They want to sell their daughter for financial gain

If the cheater did something wrong, why not tell him exactly all the things ge did wrong? Why beat around the bush and not tell him clearly why you do not kove him anymore?

i put the ml in my hot list after seeing him again as the nice guy,, i think that he is very good at acting but this drama only drags on because of grown adults bullying each other like middle schoolers, always making the 2 fl very annoying at every turn kinda gets painful to watch,, also why do you represent your country so black and white,, why would i want to even visit if i keep seeing pervy man drugging others or rich vs poor,, the parents relying to get paid through their child and selling them to gross old men,,, or young brats,,every drama i have seen so far always has a slap fest,,, also can we stop cutting out the kiss part or make the phone ring someone walking just has yall kiss,, i dont believe that would happen so much in real life,, anyways the rating for me was a 7 out of ten but i give a a 10 to ml ,,, yummy

Translation is poor, music doesn't fit and seriously, a school with no security camera down that hallway ... but a blind spot does happen but still laughable really. Having a hard time keeping up with the poor quality of the translation. Would be better if you created the script and translated it first to be sure it is translating correctly before uploading. If you don't know the other language then find someone who does, don't just translate and put it up. Especially with English because we tend to have more words that have the same meaning but can also be incorrectly used. Check the script with several translation apps or programs before you use and if you are still uncertain just ask. Sign up for a language learning program called Busuu, you can learn and also talk with others who speak the language and become friends that you can ask for help. Do better people, please

@@tashaonly That would be why I said it. If they are going to upload others creations then they should not be cropping out anything or replacing audio or music. Translations are not very well done. This is why I comment so that those who continue to add these will learn and improve otherwise their channel will become discredited due to poor videos and can lose subscribers. I like subscribing to the ones who care about the whole quality of the videos they add. This includes full episodes that are uncut, no added or cut audio or music that is not original, and they care about the translations enough to make sure that it is not choppy and reads properly. If you don't tell them what is wrong or where the timestamp is with missing dialogue is then they can not fix it or do better for their next uploaded video. Hope this helps, I am not hating on the people just giving advice and opinions, and some creative criticism to vocalize for anyone who does screenwriting that way happen across this.

The loud music substitution are clearly on purpose to avoid copyright notices from music departments. The missing scenes are meant to be used as "defense" that they didn't upload the whole thing. Also, they're trying to keep the length down to some KZread rule, I bet. They aren't going to fix this because they are not the owners of the original videos, if you know what I mean. I'm trying say anything obvious because I'm enjoying the videos and don't want to have them taken down. Cheers and happy Douyin drama watching to you!
