A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place.

Government policy has thrown the future under the bus for decades. The day of judgment is near. I predict an 80% drop in the stock market. Investors will abandon stocks in favor of real estate. There will be no money in banks... You must devise a strategy for survival.

I'm really worried about the current bank crisis. If a bank as big as SVB could fail, I fear for a lot more. I know a friend who is running a high-growth startup, and was badly hit by the bank run. I have pulled out more than $340k from my bank. After all, the FDIC covers only up to $250,000, and the implosion could have bad effect. Looking to invest into the stock market now. Does anyone know how I could go about it?

As a Ghanaian born raised in the States my heart fills with joy everyday. We've never felt welcomed in the west yet we (the children) are always sent here to study and work. After finishing my masters in Australia certain things began to make sense. The best place for me to do business will be in Africa, not the west. Why? Simple, almost everything has already been established in the west, almost nothing has been established on the Motherland. This is prime opportunity, I for one I'm excited for the next decade. Starting a business this year, very exciting

When you refine all, you can produce more than 100 different types of products. He's a pretty clever chap, he knows by 2050, the population in Nigeria would have doubled and all the basic commodities imported from out will stop and revert to buying from him. He knows the basics of trade and it was passed on from generation to generation. Most people make mistakes in business because they don't know their market base. Dangote is able to identify that with a big population, automatically people will need houses so he opted for cement while others were scrambling to own oil wells

Before I moved up, I was all over Ghana Côte d’Ivoire Mali Senegal and Burkina, they just hate the name Nigeria, cuz they can’t understand how we move so fast and smart. Imagine some people fighting Nigerians because they think nigerians are taking over the businesses they should be doing... hahahahaha. Dangote wants to have family offices in the US in addition to his family office in London because of devaluation. Here lies the Nigerian paradox. We started ‘strategically’ devaluing our currency since the structural adjustment program days in the 80s in order to bolster exports and the economy but the reverse has been the case and the results are evident. A nation’s currency is its store of value. The Naira’s devaluation has led to massive brain drain, capital flight and impoverishment of a populace who rely heavily on imported goods. May God endow our leaders with wisdom. Amen.

What an inspiring story! 👏 It's amazing to see how Aliko Dangote built his fortune from nothing, through hard work, persistence, and understanding the businesses he got into. His journey shows that with the right mindset and determination, anyone can achieve great success in Africa and beyond. I love his attitude of giving back and bettering society through philanthropy. And his advice to invest in understanding a business inside-out first is so valuable. It takes dedication and grit to build something as large as the Dangote Group. Aliko's calm and humble nature is also admirable. Africa has so much potential, and it's great to see role models like Aliko paving the way. His investments outside Africa will open doors for others. Thanks for this motivational interview!

his country still can't even boast of 12hrs power supply. he would rather go into oil and be buddy buddy with the crude oil cabals... billionaires will not change the world. doesn't work in the west, doesn't work in africa also. you only achieve billionaire status either through. undercutting, underpaying, bypassing tax, or monopoly, nepotism, govt. favoritism and lobbying...

@@luziaappie3312 He is not just a private citizen... he is Nigerian's favorite son... every thing he own is because he was enabled by the Nigerian govt. through loan grants, tax reduction, connections, lobbying and monopoly. and also, billionaires doing charity works to help society have been debunked by notable researchers, as a band aid on an amputated limb. because it is these same billionaires that widens the divide btw the rich and the poor through their ruthless capitalist practices... for instance how can dangote be proud that he's the richest black man when his country has no electric power, that is because he has major shares in oil companies which major consumers are generators. he could easily privatize the power company and restructure it, which would help entrepreneurs flourish in Nigeria. but he would rather build oil refineries which profit will only benefit the elite like himself and foreign contractors.
