Regarding the visit to the mosque in the ugly green dress and head scarf. She was supposed to be using the scarf to cover her hair. Notice how her hair has been purposefully pulled out from the scarf hanging out of the bottom of the scarf and generally the hair is on display. In some strange way, it’s interesting to note that Meghan Markle is an equal opportunity giver of offense to absolutely everyone. She visits Nigeria and shows skin, skin, skin. She visits a mosque in Africa and does not cover her hair. She wears a cocktail dress to a memorial service in London. she announces a pregnancy at someone else’s wedding. I could go on and on we all could.

Agreed, but narcissists have to be the centre of attention regardless. Announcing her supposed pregnancy at her friend Eugenie's wedding was very poor. Eugenie had to delay her wedding because Harry and Meghan wanted to marry first. Eugenie's consolation was she managed to hang onto the emerald tiara that Meghan wanted for hers.

She should have had her hair up and completely covered. I hate the outfit but this one actually made me very angry. When William and Katherine were in Pakistan?, not sure of the country, they went to a mosque. Katherine wore a flowing dress that covered her arms and her head was also covered beautifully Her hair was pulled back and the silk head piece covered framed her face. She looked exquisite.🌹

Due to Megzy's use of extensions she can't wear a side part - only middle. I believe she's had buccal fat removal creating a much more angular face and with a middle part - very harsh!

Why is she wearing three or four different outfits in a day? I can't think of any other royal ladies doing that unless they're taking part in activities which necessitate a change of clothing. She obviously doesn't understand the difference between 'casual' and 'slovenly'. Can't pick a worst outfit because they're all as bad as each other. Maybe the mosque visit just edges it because of the inappropriate headscarf. I'm not muslim and I know her hair should have been completely covered. She would definitely have been given that information by the palace officials so she's ignoring protocol and basic good manners yet again.

Agree and her hair when loose always looks like it needs a good trim with all those straggly ends.

So many of her clothes add to her midsection so she looks overweight. Unfortunately, this only makes her thin legs look even skinnier. The high split hems and pointed toed shoes add to the unattractive contrast or embalance between waist and legs.

I wasn't paying any attention to H&M at this point in their lives, so looking back now, so much foreshadowing. I simply cannot believe that one woman owned SO many shirt dresses, let alone ill fitting and frumpy ones. I thought shirt dresses went out of style in the 70's or 80's.

I absolutely hated the black jeans, white shirt, and blue jean jacket. First of all, that is how a teenager would dress and here Meghan comes wearing that on a royal tour, it was appalling. Secondly, it looks like something you would throw on to meet a friend at Starbucks then pick up a few groceries, no thought or care goes into an outfit like that. I agree with your best dressed with the black top and lined skirt. Much more appropriate for a royal tour.

If you live in many parts of Africa there is an unkind combination of temperature and humidity which if you are on official business necessitates multiple changes of clothing, particularly if you are wearing "white persons" clothing. There is a good common sense reason why traditional African dress is as it is, it's practical for the surroundings. Another consideration is, it would be seen as very disrespectful if a "lady" arrived at the 2nd function of a morning or afternoon with her garments/ hair/ make-up looking "sad", "glowing" or crumpled. They would expect the person representing the Queen "to look the part" AS THEY HAD MADE THE EFFORT. On Royal Tours, meeting regular or ordinary people is a balance between respecting your hosts and not patronizing them with your wealth, THEY KNOW WHO YOU ARE. Similarly at the STATE BANQUET, everyone expects the ROYAL GUESTS to "glam-up" in their finery as a mark of respect to their Nation as they know the World's press is watching. Dressing appropriately is a fine art.

The point of a scarf in a mosque is to cover your hair. A tidier hair style would have made more sense. The queen and Diana wore veils and scarves much better. She looked like a witch with her hair flapping. The poo colour was awful. All the trench coat dresses are awful and such bland colours.

She has ruined 'over sized, white button down shirts for me.. I HATE THOSE TRENCH DRESSES 😖

I think the unfortunate belt placement, many times, is because she thinks her legs are her best feature and should be emphasized with longest silhouette possible. It doesn’t work. She ends up emphasizing her lack of waist and shape in legs.

The two dresses she had worn previously were for the Australia tour when she was first pregnant - the beige dress might have been pre-pregnancy (not quite sure). However, I am sure she squeezed herself into them because Kate is back into her pre-pregnancy clothes within eight to ten weeks after delivery. Difference is: Kate is back down to her normal weight and size, looks fabulous as usual in outfits appropriate to the event she is attending. Meghan NEVER looks appropriate or polished. It doesn't matter her size or shape, with her money there's no reason she couldn't look decent if she wanted to. I don't care how many people say she's a smart woman - as far as I'm concerned she doesn't have two clues to rub together.

She had to rewear her clothes as Charles wouldn’t give her any more money for clothes - I think it had be reported that Jessica Mulroney had approached designers for free via clothes but had billed Charles for them and she had “spent” more money than the rest of the royal ladies put together.

Hi Beebs, now you can see one of the many problems the Queen had with MM. She refused any help and also did not want to follow guidelines for how to dress. For the 72 engagements (including polo) she had during her less than 2 yrs in the RF. MM managed to spend more on clothing than all the European and British women together. Hence why Charles told Harry the amount of money being requested for just clothes was way too high and unsustainable which is when according to Harry on Oprah he said MM can sew and make her own, I'd that's what they want.😂

Ha! TWO has never operated a sewing machine in her life. I'd put good money on that. And clearly she has no idea how to hem a skirt or pants. I am quite short and I would regularly hem my own pants/jeans/skirts etc.

Such a good review of m's mess. This Look down memory lane shows how much she's aged. While the clothing and lack of appropriate dress code is terrible her face looked youthful and fresh, really apealing. Not so now

Why is it that a woman of her resources cannot buy the correct size? I understand she is allergic to tailoring but everything is always at least one size too small.

I was watching some old videos of Taz’s about the SA tour and I think she nailed it back then, this is where the serious merching started. She wore mostly couture on the Australia/New Zealand/Pacific islands tour, and pre Archie’s birth in England. But here she went high street and it all appeared the second she stepped out on Meghan’s Mirror, no matter if you could clearly see it or not - clothes, shoes, jewelry. Around this time is also the first time Buckingham Palace forced a jewelry company to take down her image from their website - Jennifer Meyer who’s the ex-wife of Tobey Maquire and whose father was at the time the CEO of NBC Universal. MM is run by someone from Toronto that I’m assuming she knows or knew through Jessica M and there’s some sort of financial agreement. I think after Australia she was going to figure out how to monitize any work she did for the RF. Shirt dresses are the perfect way to show off all those delicate layered necklaces and the rolled up sleeves show off the bracelets & rings when she fiddled with her hair.

But, but, but meg believes she is a fashion expert. I love that when you make a comment you always explain why things either work or fail miserable. Thanks for the fashion insight.

Let’s just face it the duchess has a terrible stylist. Maybe the stylist is an enemy planted to make her look her worst! Just joking I’m sure there is no stylist, that woman is egotistical enough to believe that she HERSELF knows best!🤯😵‍💫🧐

She has never wanted a stylist including when she was a member of the RF. She turned down all assistance saying she had Harry. Imagine turning down fashion advice from Princess Catherine and the Queen's personal assistant?

🙄Whenever you see The🧟‍♀️Meg holding one o her children, which is not very often!! She looks both uncomfortable, like she has absolutely no clue and NO experience doing it on a regular basis. And sometimes during the visit with Desmond Tutu her “mask” slipped and it seems she was thinking about Archie: “EWWWWW get it away from me!!”

Boy, flashbacks to the 70s, I wore the Diane von Furstenburg wrap dress! It was very comfortable. And why why why does she roll/shove the sleeves on EVERYTHING??? She needs to find a good quality lingerie shop and spend a day getting bras and shapewear fitted, and get a variety of under garments and slips in many colors.

That's what I was thinking about the sleeves! You would think if she doesn't like the sleeves down, she would choose clothes that have shorter sleeves, or have them tailored to shorten the sleeves. Looks very messy and wrinkly! The sloppy belts, too! For some reason, she thinks belts like that and tying them that way is flattering! Not! 🙄

I've come to the conclusion that 1. She refused to follow any protocol or (dress code) 2. She wears inappropriate clothes for the occasion and I've come to the conclusion that she does it all so she can get the most attention. IMO I don't think she cares what's said as long as the attention is on her and the conversation is about her

So many examples of how MM has no idea how to dress for her body type, and seemingly seems to dress inappropriately, to draw attention to herself. E.g. causal when it should be more finished or formal…….and how many shirt dresses does a girl need?! At least MM has done a couple of re-wears and minimal jewellery. Great analysis again Beebs.

As someone who is short-waisted without a defined waist, I’ve never been able to wear a wrap dress- it just doesn’t work. I’ve had several stylists suggest it, for the same reasons you outlined, but when I’ve put them on, they quickly realised that they just don’t work for me. I suspect the wrap dress is designed for torsos that are regular or long, not short. I agree with everything else!

I agree! Every couple of years, I try a different one thinking maybe I just haven't found the right one, but they never fit well, always gape at the top no matter how loose or tight it is.

The best piece in this video is the slip under the white dress. Who knew she even owned one? The rest of the expensive clothes looked like they came from a thrift store that day.

I read/ heard that no one was picking up the wardrobe tab on this trip. Maybe she had to re-wear some things. AS for the re-wear things, it's good she ISN'T on an official tour. And another thing, why does she think her tie belts must be tied in a bow? She looks silly.

I think that Prince Charles was paying for Meghan’s clothing while she was participating in royal duties and tours, so he would have paid for what Meghan wore in South Africa in 2019, but definitely not the recent trip (note that I do not call it a Royal tour!) to Nigeria. The ensembles worn on the tour in South Africa were a colossal waste of his money. The ensembles worn in Nigeria were also a waste of money, just not King Charles’s.

Perhaps someone read her the riot act over what she had spent on clothes. It was widely reported that MeMe spent $500K USD on clothes in 2018- almost as much as ALL the other European royal women combined.

Nothing that she wears fits her. Who is her stylist? Herself?

I think that’s her problem. Her best look was when she was on Suits and clearly had a stylist.

All I could think of watching this is “my Lord, has she aged”, which you’d think would be impossible with all they have.

21:28 (white dress) - you can literally see her slip. I think the hair down was (often) to compete with Catherine as C’s hair always gets a lot of compliments. Markle seems to see everything as competition so it’s the sort of thing she could then say to H “look how unfair they treat meeeee - Catherine wears her hair down it’s wonderful, if I do it, it’s messy and inappropriate!”. We’ve established Harry’s not smart, it wouldn’t have taken much. The fact she normally has her hair back now is the other reason why I think PC was the driving force behind the ridiculous hair choices at that time. It was never practical and often looked ill kept. You see an awful lot more of the underhandedness in retrospect although it gives credence to those of us who always felt everything with Markle was false and staged.

Maybe I’m old-fashioned but I think it’s very unattractive, in a dress or skirt, to see the complete outline of your legs either through a sheer skirt or through a clinging skirt. A nice slip or a lining in the dress looks so much nicer. It helps when the wind blows too so that the dress does not get caught in certain body parts.

Absolutely loved this show!! The smoothness you spoke was remarkable! I really enjoyed looking at the clothes, as you went from one outfit to the next without one hic-up ! Thank you for putting the hours of hard work in to creating this video. Haz and wife could learn from you!!

Hi Beebs! I didn't think she looked good in any of those dresses. I am in no way a fan of the trench dress, and that seemed to be all she wore. And that stringy hair. Her hair looks much better pulled back or in a tail. All in all, a disaster, and the trend apparently continues to this day. Great commentary, Beebs! Always messy. Her hair always looks terrible for the past few months. Her hair looked pretty on London. What happened? The Olive Oyl is not attractive.

Then on the archetypes video, she has a blouse that should be tied in a bow and she leaves it undone.

I remember being very disappointed by her fashion on this tour. The only one I liked at all was the one she wore to see Bishop Tutu. Everything else looked casual and very frumpy. Is it possible she did it on purpose because she didn't get any tiara moments?!

I have known Nigerian rulers over the years, and they were some of the wisest men I have ever had the good fortune to meet. It's difficult and painful to see any tribal ruler in this context. And by the way, "Ada Mazi" doesn't mean 'princess' at all; it's Igbo for 'daughter of a wealthy/famous man.'

I agree entirely, but since she’s 40 + you’d think she would know how to do it by now. The cuff is turned back then she just stuffs the rest up her arm any old how… so frustrating, esp for someone with her means and time 😡

It’s so odd that, as you underscore, she has broad shoulders but insists on showing them incessantly, w the one shoulder and strapless outfits, as if she is diminutive. I’ve always wondered why she does this, it is so odd to call attention to one’s “not the best” feature.

The wrinkle thing; I don't even OWN an iron. Does she not even know the shower trick? Hanging up a button down of significantly thicker fabric on the hotel door while I shower and leaving it there for a few minutes afterwards works literally every time. It is no work whatsoever.

The venues they were staying at most certainly have laundry services. She could have sent them out for steaming, I am sure she had assistants that could have taken point on that.

I go with your picks exactly. The short trench for my least favorite because she kept having to hold the hem closed.

Sorry Beeb's hate the black and white skirt with the weird pattern. Maybe a white versus black top might have looked better. Totally enjoyed video. I find it interesting that she re wore a couple of outfits on a real royal tour. You almost never see her re wear anything now!!

I wear pointed toe flats many times if I can find them because I wear a size 6 and they make my feet look better! With the hoofs that Megalodon has, those,pointed,toe flats are really so wrong - it surprising as she doesn’t have much of an idea of what and how,to wear almost anything!

Trench dresses are messy and awful. They bad on anyone.

I’ve never had any success placing a belt anywhere other than my natural waist. It just slides back there. Am I missing a trick? I’m also short-waisted.

I'm short waisted too and I have to stay away from belts - they don't do a thing for me.

I actually don't think any of these clothes would be bad if worn by someone else. The problem is not the clothes it's her. She buys clothes not suited for her body type and does not have them altered to fit properly. I am a petite short waisted person. I have never owned a pair of pants that did not need to be altered. I also tend to buy separates since the proportions of many dresses are not quite right for me. I'm not saying I haven't made mistakes but she doesn't seem to learn from hers. It's unfortunate.
