There's alot going on on the ground in joburg cbd there's alot being reclaimed. The most dirty area is right by parkststion and mtn rank to Joubert Park

Braam/Newtown is a awesome place really good investment because of the development district, wits, younger consumers etc.

I used to live in civic towers from 1993ish all the way till 2009 Nice to go down memory lane and see the improvements

Wow if the whole Joburg can be like Braamfontein then it will regain the world African class city status again like in 1986

I wish whoever did this video would come and look at Little Artists situated at 96 Jorissen. An amazing initiative to help and teach young disadvantaged children the power of art. So stunning and should get a lot more exposure. I work in that building. Superb office block.
