Hindus Bhatias from Gujarat came in 1598 to Ilha de Moçambique and they were pure veg a novelty for local population as they couldn’t understand a person eating only vegetables.Even Indian coins were found in greater Zimbawbe ruins.They used to travel in sail boat and soaked gram were staple meals.

Hello, check out one Hindu Temple in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Once I was on a office trip to Freetown and I was surprised that there is an Hindu temple in the middle of no where. I was so Happy to and talk to them in Hindi. The people who are running this temple are from North India.
