Erosion serious development, for starters. If the deck stairs are any indication for all wood replacement, I’m not sure what is. The side wall of the home is cracking away??? Wire shelving for closets? All game changers for me, but you said, price is negotiable. Nice showing, I hope you can give more specifications or leave a link to these homes.

In most states, a room doesn't need to have a closet for it to be a legal bedroom. Not too sure what the laws are in Georgia. It's a pretty bug house for only 335.
