I ONCE BUILT A LOG HOME FOR UNDER $25. USD. IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY THE COMPANY WAS CALLED LINCOLN LOGS.
I spoke to a rep from zook cabins and the settler list in this video (4:00) is $275k delivered! This video has it all wrong so don’t trust this source!

The prices in this Video are so far removed from reality it’s ridiculous.
It definitely isn't the one in the thumb nail! That's the price of the windows alone!
No way that last one is $49,000 or the Pioneer. That is more than one bed one bath. The big logs supporting the roof probably cost that much but I can always dream. Thanks for the info. Companies I had never heard of. So I can check out their website. 👍🏼

Can you put a link for the first log cabin in the video? I’ve tried to find it but can’t for some reason.
Yeah the appliances,electrical fixtures,outlets,wiring ,plumbing,sinks,tubs,faucets,heating and air are bit extra….oh and labor,lol.
Keep in mind that it is extremely difficult to find insurance companies willing to sell you home insurance (fire).

I got lucky purched a 1500sf log home that was in probate. I was the highest bid but still under it's appraised value. The original owner lived in that house for 30 years and took great pride in it's maintenance. Also on the property it has a 3 car garage a big storage shed and enough land I don't need to see my neighbors. You can't build the house the garage and purchase the land for close to what I got it for your.

That would be tough right now, maybe building your own barn dominium, do all the interior work and really work on pricing finishes.

That's just the kit not including the cost of everything else that has to be done before you can live in it.
Many of the pictures of cabins don't match the monologue of the smaller, affordable versions the narrator is promoting for under $50k. I'd like to know n see the actual cabins in one place instead of contacting the makers of information. This feels like a commercial for the six companies, not a compilation.
Get a very large shovel, tons of BS here!
