Remember to pay close attention to your "BUDGET", 2- purchase a storage unit to storage your supplies, 3- Remember "Permit & Inspections charges, 4- Try to purchase items from builders because they return items "back to the Home Depot or any stores" due to purchaseing too many windows, doors, tiles, and many more items.
These are for contractors that wants to build their own home with less maintenances work. So if you have family members that are contractors and they have season that is slow work, then use them to help build your new home.
