The champion should be the best wrestler. During the Evolution days Triple was ALWAYS treated as the BEST wrestler in WWE. Was he? Of course not. It was Shawn Michaels. But on screen he was constantly referred to as the best wrestler in the World today because he was the World Heavyweight Champion.

That tv time is expensive was aimed at Punk too. Punk said that to Ariel. Everyone is focus on the video footage but that FTR promo was as damaging as the video. It was soo bad it made AEW sweathogs mad.

The worst part is Okada wasn’t even advertised for the show until the freaking doors opened for the venue literally just 30 mins before showtime. If they’re spending thousands of dollars every time to bring him to America why not just advertise him being there in advance?

Im only 3 minutes in, but I have to say the views from Vinny and Bryan are decent and quite spot on. I used to watch these two guys alot years ago when they would review old WWF or TNA stuff and take the piss out of it. I stopped once it became obvious they were AEW hacks.

The most common trick used: in the middle of talking about a nonsensical storyline in AEW, find the one or two bad points in the whole NXT or WWE show out of dozens. It takes away some of the stink off of the AEW B.S. At least Alvarez is finally starting to come around, albeit very slowly. Until someone locks Tony Khan in the closet and steals the pencil, the company is doomed…..

I usually like both shows and love that there is two places for wrestlers to make real money, but this was the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen on TV regarding wrestling in my lifetime (I was 3-4 years old when WCW went in the toilet) this was awful.
