There’s no commentating in this game. You would think they would take advantage having the legendary JR n Tony on call but they didn’t.

Is this on the ps2?

The creators of SVR series are also the devs who make this game and they intentionally did this animation to you know nostalgia so that explains why that is the animation of that game
