I don't really mind grinding the game for stat points but I think what would help is if they add a way to like for example if you play mini games outside of the story mode with your created character you get points that way or in daily challenges with your created character that would be nice because I could see how playing the story mode and not having your points carry over would be frustrating

Ironically, the one thing at the very least people say they loved about the likes of No Mercy was the creation suite, and they couldn't have provided a more lackluster creation suite haha. Honestly, its terrible that you need to do the RTE every. single. time

@@drcat1313 yes I 100% agree because in smackdown vs raw 2011 you can unlock a caw accelerator and I thought that was great they should give us a DLC that has that in it

I would recommend to upgrade finisher and signature slot first since anything else that you upgrade once you complete rte doesn't save on a second playthrough besides your finisher and signature slot.

I like Grinding to make my wrestler better but I hate the fact you have to do it for every caw. In 2k you can freely make OP caws or Stat accurate wrestlers then have a separate career mode. That's definitely an area of improvement they need to work on

My first caw play through was on normal. 24-4, 88,000 points. I made a 45-7-15 load out. In going to send my caw through again on elite with a goal of 120,000+ points

I have a question and Hopefully you can answer it, I upgraded my caw and loved it, but I missed out on some major skill sets, so I thought of starting new RTE, but then I realised my old caw in RTE is back to zero !!! All my previous work is not even recognised! Only one finisher and no skilled equipped! So is this a one time deal? I can’t add on anything to the existing skills ? Edit: just saw the warning at the end of the video 😂

So arm power does effect grapples? Didn't think it did from rhe description

I went through the entire game and my states started over when I selected a new character…what’s the point in grinding if the states reset once you pick a different character out of this mode?

So if I play with a different player will my 1st charter stats reset as well outside of this mode?

How do you change your duplicated caws gender? I thought you could. I dupped my lita to make a hogan but I'm not seeing the gender thing anywhere

Is it possible to max a character out?

I guess if you like to make CAWs and go through RTE to maximize each individual CAWs stats, then it's fun . But if you like to create only 1 CAW then playing RTE multiple times will suck for your one CAW if you want to experience the different branching story lines.

If you're looking to do things that way, then I would recommend just doing whatever you want to do for the first bunch of playthroughs and only focus on maximising your stats on the final playthrough.

Really hope that they update the game and let us edit the number of finishers and signatures a Non-Custom Wrestler can have. For example Jon Moxley should have near 4 Finishers instead of 2 and more than 1 Signature. Jon Moxley has been using the Curb Stomp as a Signature for several months already. Hell Jericho has 5 Finishers. Moxley should have a Rear Grapple Finisher of the Rear Naked Choke with Grapevines cinched in around the opponent's arms like he used on Jericho in the Grand Slam Tournament. Avalanche Paradigm Shift too, don't know if it exists but it should be added and be another Finisher.

Anyone know how to level up wrestler skills I know you can't do it in career mode but there has to be a way to do it because I tried to assign a finisher to a empty finisher slot on a wrestler and it said something about finisher slot five skill must be unlocked but I don't know how to unlock that or how to get my wrestlers stats up to level two this was Kenny Omega by the way as an example I just don't know how to unlock that slot

They need to give us a legit creation suite and community creations like yesterday

unfortunately it sucks that if your created wrestler's stats will reset if you happen to play Road To Elite again with that character, but I'm not sure if it's just a glitch or something

Your CAW character’s upgrades don’t carry over into a new RTE which means it’s impossible to get max stats, skills and perks. Honestly kinda sad.

If you play on hard and become undefeated then you’ll get a lot more points to get close to maxing out. If you see yourself about to loose a match, hurry and use your remote to get back to the main screen of your console and close the game and start over.

So you can only have one CAW with more than one Finisher? If I play through story mode, end it with my CAW with all the stats and moves I want, and then end the mode, if I ever want to play story it will reset my CAW back to base? Really???

Ya I don't like this method. Went through with one caw already. Won every match did every bonus shows every chance i could But because i didn't optimize training times and mini games i feel like My character isn't the best And that bugs the fuck outta me. Let the stats carry over just give us a maximum Upgrade limit.

Can you add skills to regular wrestlers? Half of the roster have one signsture and finisher.

They need to fix this cause that is stupid decision not allowing characters to playthrough road to elite multiple times to max your character. This needs to be changed cause it seems like a waste of time to only have your stuff reset

As someone who's pllayed about 20 hours so far I can say this limited creation suite and how they did leveling up is inexcusable for a game that took 3 years in development. If this game doesn't get some quality of life changes ill probably never touch it again once The Wrestling Code comes out

@@christophermarriott1681 can't even talk about gameplay when there's 5 total modes included in the game. I can't wait to play Death Matches 50 times, I'm sure that won't get stale. Creation is the lifeblood of ANY wrestling game, No Mercy, HCTP and Smackdown Vs Raw had both great gameplay AND creation so they've stayed as favorites for decades now. Seriously this has the worst creation content I've ever seen in a wrestling game. This is a $70 full priced game we're talking about and what's provided off the bat is inexcusable for that price. I love the company so I'm willing to invest in this game BUT it's selling much lower than anticipated and scoring much lower online because of the lack of features it honestly should have at release.

I'm disappointed that it's such a hassle after all these years of waiting.

This is not a good system. Not only do you only get one save slot but I didn’t know you get reset if you want to run back your career with your CAW. That’s a terrible system.

This game is definitely over priced, yukes as a game developer I’m disappointed in the lack of gameplay, caw creation and the length of story mode No crowd or backstage wrestling? Resetting the attribute of the caw if doing a second story mode is trash I don’t complain about online it’s trash in every kind of game tbh But this is a washed n64 game
