AEW Dynamite Scores HISTORICALLY LOW Rating, Shane McMahon Headed To AEW!?!?

Ойын-сауық

AEW Dynamite scored a historically low rating for the June 19th episode of the show, causing major concern, and causing an uproar on social media between media, and the fanbase. There is a problem within AEW, and the show has suffered in recent months but no one will take accountability. Why has AEW lost its appeal, and where has their audience gone? Also, Shane McMahon heading to AEW?! According to some, it's not as far fetched as you may think but Tony Khan would never allow that to happen...or would he?

The problem with AEW right now is that TK still thinks it is 2019-2021 where the market value for indie workrate was very high. The business has now evolved. People no longer want to sit through these workrate matches for no reason. People want very well structured stories that makes sense and characters that gets the people invested. AEW is not doing this

To be honest, I don’t think work rate was ever a thing. Guys like HBK and Kurt Angle had work rate, but their promos and angles leading up to their matches made their work rate better.

Meanwhile on AEW we've got a top story which is meant to be about a fight for control of the company, but the Bucks are playing it for goofy laughs. We have Chris Jericho making fans real for the remote. We've got MJF fighting a dude nobody cares about for no particular reason. And we're needlessly pitting Ospreay and Swerve against each other when they should be building them up independently to be stars.

Nothing wrong with MJF he is a seriously good talent, it is the storylines that suck bc of Khan. Mercedes did great stories on WWE, but Khan has no clue how to use her.Btw why do I need to only watch WWE, I want a stronger AEW bc it'll push WWE to be even more creative. Competition is good for wrestling at least when it comes to storytelling, but Khan is fucking clueless when it comes to that.

I wish AEW would focus their efforts on good storytelling and I think they have the personal to do it. They certainly have the talent. I do disagree that AEW has been good but that's my perception. I will continue to watch all wrestling shows because I love wrestling. Also, having Shane doesn't fix anything if it isn't a good story to follow his appearance/singing. Lastly, awesome commentary and keep up the great work! Cheers!
