Thanks! I'm having the exact same problem. I called the company on my pump's sticker, and they said $99 for the rebuild kit. I ordered the rebuild kit today (4/10/20) from the amazonian company: $42.99, and a 4-pack of filters for an add'l $15.99. Sweet!

We have one looks like yours a 7 years still running. We us it to aerate our part of a shared 3 acre lake. I'll remember you and your vid when mines stop. So thanks for making the vid and posting for us.

I just rebuilt ours but could not find out where the plastic screw goes that comes in the kit...The one I have is a newer design, does not use the plastic screw anymore. The new one uses a switch that you manual reset to the center position, but works the same way, that if one of the diaphragms breaks it moves off the switch. Thanks for the great video!!

Bonjour . Mon compresseur a deux ans, j’ai changé les membranes en caoutchouc ce jour car elles étaient détériorées . Or je constate après quelques heure que le surpresseur me paraît chaud. Avez vous ce problème la sur ces modèles ? Je n’ai jamais remarqué cela avant mais je ne me souviens plus si il chauffait ou pas . De plus je trouve l’air qui sort extrêmement chaud aussi . Just moved into a house with a small residential sewage plant that uses this air motor. Can someone tell me if it’s supposed to run 24 /7 typically or does it cycle off alone or in conjunction with the sump pump? Thank you very much
