Aerials of 737 MAX planes parked at Boeing Field, Renton factory

Take in a birds-eye view of the grounded Boeing 737 MAX planes parked at the aerospace giant’s Renton factory and at Boeing Field. That's not a contest between Boeing and Airbus. That's a fact. Boeing didn't put a redundancy if one of the sensors of the mcas was faulty because in that case pilots should need a training in simulator and not just a 52 minutes course on iPad. So they wasn't able to sell their "new" aircraft so fast. Boeing's executives are at the same level of terrorist, they killed innocent people for money the others do it for religious. Australia 60 minutes, Al Jazeera and others make interesting investigations about that.

    Pedro DLR It’s basically a Boeing 737 MAX 8 but it’s modified to take 200 passengers (Ryanair will have 197 passengers) because of the increased number passengers Boeing needed to add two extra emergency exit doors in the rear of the fuselage. Take a look you’ll see the extra door in the rear. Ryanair is the only carrier that will take delivery of this model. Other than that it should be like the regular MAX 8.

  • @sebbivism

    @sebbivism

    Pedro DLR Yes, maybe they can negotiate about these stuff because they are one of Boeing’s most reliable customers. They have modified the cabin so they can fit all the 197 seats onto the fuselage, seat pitch will be different though. If you want to see the aircraft fully painted search for EI-HAT or EI-HAW on KZread or google pictures.

I am not sure I can really stress how much responsibility and pressure every one must feel to be doing a repair such as this and then to make people feel confident to get on one of these planes and then even the pilots that have to go to work and fly them. I am sure that is going to be another challenge all together to get that out there and over come that issue.

    @@ethmister I'm not saying you're wrong but many times, manufacturers say that they have developed a brand new wing for example for a new generation and its just a slightly different version of the older wing. Same can be applied to other components. They say it's all new when they've just reinforced some parts... The 737 is quite limited nowadays by its design, especially the fact that it's low to the ground. Actually that's the main problem. Reduces cargo capacity, you have no space to put larger engines under the wing, stretching the fuselage for bigger versions is a nightmare, etc... It's over, Boeing improved the 737 to the edge of the designs capabilities and now it's time for a new clean sheet of paper.

    Not that easy I think the wings were designed for those new engines, if it was this easy they'd have fixed it long back. They also had some pretty untimely errors in their airmanship which quickly caused the situation in both cases to spiral out of control. Placing all the blame on Boeing is incorrect, and so is placing it all on the flight crews.

Btw Ethiopian Airlines is the 4th largest airline by number of countries served, this means plenty of business ppl fly on the airline. If Ethiopian Airlines had such a bad safety record how would it be able to fly to 81 countries they serve. Fyi lion air only has had 25 casualties in around the Airlines life span(20 years).
