He explains it at 30.34: it is the default, if it is logistically faisable!

@@anfalhussain7190 I am with you, it is eather 128 days = 29×2 = 58 + 30 ×2 =60 + 10 =128 or 30 × 4 =120 +10 =130. You can used either Hijrah or Miladiah year!
