Kurt needs to be in the booth calling races every week. He livens up the race so much

Phenomenal race. We don't get a lot of races like that, but damn that was a great one. That and Auto Club were fantastic this year.

A tale of two fields: On the one hand, this Kansas has the old school energy of the pre Race for the Chase days where whole season point totals mattered and everyone is out there driving like it's all on the line for the final race. Makes for an interesting viewing experience. On the other, I don't think I can ever remember a time in Nascar history that I've been alive for where there's such a large field of relatively newer drivers outnumbering the vets. Pretty soon Truex and Logano are going to be the 'old guys' in the field. And with all of that, you still get that feeling unlike other top tier 'pro' series that there's at least three grades of teams and drivers competing at one time; unlike F1 or the old CART series for reference, _everybody_ was good and had an almost equal chance at victory with good equipment across the board. These last two years, at least Nascar has more or less evened the field towards the equipment end.

Yeah, it's what they were aiming for. Give it a few years and the big teams will most likely figure it out

Denny Hamlin has three Kansas spring race wins: 2012, 2020 and 2023, or four if counting his Kansas race win in October 2019

​@EasternDigital I tried casting thru KZread but that didn't work. I had to use the Google Home app to cast the phone screen to the TV. I don't know what the difference is

I think it's behind on the TV apps at first, then it gets fixed. I remember it doing so when I watched the Las Vegas race.

Yeah, would have to agree that's more of a Fox issue, unless something cut by Nascar for upload goofed the timing of the commentary. It definitely got worse after stage 2 to the point of annoyance.

What a good race but what horrible camera work my gosh racing for the lead and we are watching the 15 q6 and 17 place cars 🤦‍♂️

Who ever puts this together clearly doesn't listen to the audio or does not understand what is going on with the race infront of them on their monitor

How the hell is the audio out of sync !!!!

This was an awesome race. Action absolutely everywhere, really aggressive racing. Kansas is one of the best tracks we have with the next gen

I'm not a fan of Denny or Larson - it was plain as day Larson was struggling off the corner loose the last few laps and Denny was playing cat and mouse waiting for an opportunity to capitalize on Larson making a mistake. Larson was already wall riding off the corner. Denny hitting his left corner, what do you expect him to do? He's not lifting on last lap, Larson moved down, Hamlin kinda moves up to side draft. Just two guys going for the same piece of real estate.

Hey Denny, I guess if you aren't good enough to win fare and square. Just push him into the wall on the last lap.. That's the way CHEATERS do it..
