Dear Fr Warner, in this text Isaiah offers both judgement & hope to his people & us. Despite Israel forsaking God's ways, His abiding love gave them glimpses of hope. For us too, though Advent is a time of hope, we need to repent - to be reborn into new life to receive Jesus at Christmas. Jesus speaks of 2 paths to remind us that there is only one way of salvation - while the narrow way leads to life,the broad one looks inviting but leads to destruction. Thank you Fr for making Advent beautiful for us with your reflections. God bless & heal you. 🙏 💕

Thank you for the beautiful prayer 🙏🙏, so spirit filled, as things have began, life continue to get busy with the regular schedule, true one should somehow make time, as God attend to us and makes time for us. I have seen n experience that lifting petition in prayer is answered with a mircle or at the right time. Since few month I have been struggling with filling return for some reason, but today it was done and close in a few hours as I sat before the CA. Praise God

I agree with you Father,that judgement is important before salvation or the promises of advent.we have to become aware of our unworthynes and remember that our God is a faithful God full of mercy.Thanks, Father.God bless.

Yes Fr. we need to choose to walk in God's path. And so let us embrace the message of Advent before embracing Christmas. Just think of Advent as the time you are waiting for the Second Coming of Christ what would you do if this Christmas was going to be that Day this was the Homily Yesterday ,as bluntly put to Us at the Holy mass . Almost on exactly the way you conveyed the message today , but in a much milder format ☺. Our Parish Priest even went to the extent of saying to think of Christmas as your Death day 🙂, How would you Prepare your self? ?????.So go to confession ,start coming to Church for The Holy Mass.
