    Looks like those collars are called YATES COLLARDS heirloom varieties. Peace

    My georgia collards are bolting and I'm in Arkansas and it's just the second year...so you never know what the plant will do...let them flower and save the seeds

    Great information. I did indoor seed grow and plant starts from the store this year. Can I ask what grow zone you are growing in? And do you harvest your seeds? Thanks
