Why dont you do a video on the 12k two post, it has quite a few differences and you send it with ABSOLUTELY NO INSTRUCTIONS OF ANY KIND!!!

We will get that produced and unfortunately the past Product Marketing professional dropped the ball on simple things to include with a product. Appreciate your honest feedback, but the product is first class at least..haha.
I have adjusted the lock 3 time , how long will it take for the cable to stop stretching?

You should call our tech line M-F 7am-7pm at 763-300-5730 so we can help you with this question.
That first locking point is way too high. What if you are replacing plugs, hoses, or something else from up above and don’t want the strain of bending over into the car? A lower locking point would put the engine at a better height. As is, the top of the fender would be at the guy’s upper chest.
