I would like to thank you, sir. The teachers of your caliber are few and far between. You don't have any idea about how your videos have helped me! Most people always think that I've had a privilege of being surrounded or spending time with native English speakers. But the truth of the matter is,I sort of decided to improve my English by watching your videos and many other teachers and that's precisely what helped me improve my English immensely.

@@InteractiveEng I found your video when I was looking to expand my vocabulary. I speak English but I want to use more words like ‘egregious’ and ‘candor’ lol or from your Said video, ‘pleaded’. Last week, our English teacher asked us to write about our English-learning journey, and let's face it, the nature of the task is few and far between as we often just get grammar exercises, not a reflection writing. However, I think our teacher got their point, and it dawned on me that I had never reflected on that journey before. So this may be a great opportunity. I started learning English when I was in year 6, and in our learning context, we focus heavily on grammar structures, but not any other communicative skills, which is by all means a clear conflict of interest in terms of learning objectives and real-life language usage. The teachers know that; the students are also aware of that behind closed doors, but education reforms take time. For that reason, I usually look for online resources to improve my English, and I found Wes' channel. I have been learning English with Wes for three months, but I feel like it was just yesterday. It's like a blink of an eye when things are starting to come to light and fall into place: I understand more when watching movies; phrases like "butt in" or "crack down" are like a walk in a park for me now. So for the best, I think I will stick with your channel for a long time, and I can't wait for your next videos. Thanks, Wes and have a good one!

timing = 11:45. The phrase 'in the brink of an eye', we have a phrase similar to this phrase, 'Matatakumani' in our mother tongue, 'Matataku' means one close and open one's eye, 'mani' means 'during time'. It means very short time in which one close and open one's eye.

Let's face it, it was a great video, and videos like these are few and far between. After watching it, the meaning of all the phrases falls into place for the best. By all means, this video was very engaging, and the 17 minutes passed in the blink of an eye. The hard work behind the closed doors in the production is cheer worthy. Not to butt in, but videos like these should be encouraged so that the phrases come to light and their meaning dawns on everyone for the best.
